Sit back, relax, and leave your worries at home while spending time with family and friends. This condo features a well-equipped, full kitchen that will make preparing simple beach snacks or full-course dinners easy. Guests will also enjoy access to several on-site resort amenities including indoor and outdoor pools, a hot tub, and tennis courts.

Boasting an ideal location, this is the perfect home base for the beach-goers of the group, as there's plenty of sun and sand for your next Panama City Beach vacation! Catch a few waves and take surf lessons at Mr. Surf’s Surf Shop, just three miles away. Enjoy some local cuisine at The Wicked Wheel, Dee's Hang Out, or Saltwater Grill, all just two miles from your door. If you want to get in some shopping, visit Pier Park or the Shoppes At Edgewater, both within five miles of this condo. Only six-and-a-half miles to St. Andrews State Park, this will be ideal for anyone looking to hike, cycle, or picnic and enjoy Florida nature

Things to Know
Check-in time: 4:00 p.m.
Check-out time: 10:00 a.m.
All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
Pool passes and wristbands are included in your reservation.
Bookings will be charged $40.00 per registration plus the credit card transaction fee in GuestSVCS. Cancellations will result in a credit card fee of 2.99% of the transaction amount, plus $.30. This fee is nonrefundable.
Armbands will be in the vacation rental upon arrival. Please leave them here when departing. Guests will be charged $50 for each missing armband.

Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 2 vehicles.
This rental is located on floor 18.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Perfect Vacation Spot!

We had an amazing stay at this condo! From the moment we walked in, we felt right at home. The place was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The kitchen was had plenty of silverware, dishes, glasses, pans, etc. making it easy to cook meals, and the living area was spacious and cozy for relaxing in the evenings. We also loved the dining table and 4 chairs along with 2 loungers on the balcony. Such a beautiful view of the beach, especially at sunset. Overall, we couldn’t have asked for a better vacation rental. Highly recommend this condo to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway.

Love the condo BUT VACASA

This property is awesome but i would NEVER rent from VACASA again...it took two days to get our parking pass. We were there for a few days and had to take time out of two of them more than once to get a parking pass. We didnt have access to the gym and the description of the property said gym was available. Since then changed the descriptions. IMAGINE THAT The gym was one reason we got this place. We work out everyday! VACASA also told me we could check in early being I had my 80 year old mother with us. The condo was ready at 1 I walked up and talked with maids. THEY WOULDNT LET US IN...I WAS FURIOUS ... not for me but for my mom. Dont tell me we can check in early if your not going to let us!...I loved the place and hate it is run by this company. I WILL NOT BE BACK...will find another owner to rent from...:(

Lacked customer service

We asked for a parking pass on the phone, was told vacasa agent on property at the time, and would come to our room. That never happened. The condo itself on the balcony the outlet didn't work, in the master, the lights didn't come on. The dining room table was sticky. And the balcony floors were stained. The air conditioner thermostat should come with instructions. Every night we woke sweating as it's reverted to default temperature . When I asked security to use game room they told me to have a seat they'd be with me soon, after 20 mins, I found them chit chating with coworkers. When I arrived the older gentleman who I had converse with to check out a cart was lazy and rude.

Once in a lifetime experience

We made a last-minute reservation on Vacasa. We found this beautiful three bedroom on the 18th floor. The unit was clean modern up-to-date. It was also well stocked with all the cooking utensils and toiletries. This condo is very clean and very well taken care of. We really appreciate everything. We received a text immediately following our check-in just to make sure we were happy with everything. Fantastic service!

Will not stay here

Pros: *The view *Kitchen stocked w. mediocre utensils. *Easy enter key code *Comfortable master bed *Access to beach was important to us and this met those needs Cons: *Unusable rusted and broken lounge furniture on balcony *Broken shower curtain in hall bath *No fan remote in kids room (fan and light had to be used together so it wouldn't turn on at night for sleeping) *No DVD players/ and no variety with cable *Moldy smell everywhere, esp mini fridge and closets *Cockroachs in master shower *Black curlies stuck in white bath towels *Burnt-out light bulbs *No all purpose cleaner/ or anything to clean counters and tables *No broom/vacuum (with little kids and a 7 day stay- this is unacceptable!) *Washer machine was broken upon arrival *No running water on our last day for about 6 hours (came back from beach to shower and get ready for bed b.c. we had to drive 16 hours the next morning at 4 am) *Property had dirty hot tubs and pretty dirty pools (hair and junk everywhere) We still enjoyed our vacation because we try not to let all this bring us down. But I will say- balcony furniture needs to be replaced and some major maintenance along with a new cleaning crew and pest control- this was all not okay- especially at the price we paid. I don't recommend staying here unless these issues are addressed.

Great Condo - Clean and Convenient

This condo is unedited, unfiltered and exactly as the listing appears. It is very clean, well maintained and easy to check in and out of. Being our first time to rent with Vacasa or even travel to PCB, this condo made our stay so easy. It is right off the elevators in a super convenient location. It was roomy and comfortable with a gorgeous view. I am so glad I chose this condo. I didn’t have one issue with the condo itself and as a creature of habit, I will rent it again if available during our future stay. However, I would not rent anywhere in Tower 1. This condo is in Tower 2 and is much nicer than 1. Tower 1 stinks and is dirty. We did not utilize the pools because of filth and the restaurants, security and amenities are less than desirable across the board at MJB. The only thing I would like to see this owner offer in the future is a beach chair and access to the fitness room. Also, our 8 night stay was $4200 with fees and 2 floors directly above us paid $1700 for the same floor plan. Not sure what the price discrepancy was but that is a huge difference!

This condo was really nice! I would've given it a 5 star review but our washer quit working mid cycle on the last day. Other than that we have Zero complaints!
