The Sundance Cottage is a charming three-bedroom home nestled on a large lot just across the street from the beautiful white sands of Panama City Beach. Located within walking distance to the famous Mike's Diner, close to shopping and dining, and just a 10-minute drive to Pier Park the hub of Panama City Beach, this home is the perfect beach getaway.

The spacious living area is ideal for gathering with family or friends. The cottage sleeps up to 10 guests, with all three bedrooms featuring bunk beds, perfect for families or groups. Quick beach trip

It’s directly across from the beach, which was the best part. The house itself is very old and could definitely use a refresh inside and out. Bathrooms/showers were not clean. We didn’t spend much time in the house. If you’re staying extended time in the house I’d look elsewhere.

Literally lied to our faces with nothing in return back pretty sad but awesome location

Showed regular bed rooms but when we got the in every bedroom there was a bunk bed they even had two bunk beds pushed together to make a full size bed lmao

Misleading

Old property and damaged.House is old. There is a large hole under the door where anything can come in. No washer and dryer as advertised. No wash cloths. Bad reviews even saying mold and water damages to the property. There are no full size beds as advertised. All bedrooms have bunk beds that are air mattresses on metal frames. Along with taking several times with different codes to get into the property.

They took out the double beds, but there was a lot more bunch beads so everyone had their on bed. There is actually 2 bathrooms which was a nice surprise definitely a plus and it was right next to the beach over all it was a fun trip

I can’t, I didn’t get to stay on my original reservation.

The house that I stay is a different one is not the one I choose. About the actual property, the only good thing, it was right at the beach. Property itself, I didn’t like it at all. Very disappointed. 👎 The address is 14204 front beach rd.👎

Out of the 3 nights booked we only stayed 1 night and found something else. The whole house has water damage as well as wall and floor separation and mold growing in some places. All rooms have bunk beds including the ones that were just supposed to have double beds. The place was inhabitable from the mold and stale smell. Window units could not keep up with the 85 degree weather. I do not recommend this place at all! Had to find a last minute place because we just couldn’t stay there! If I could add pictures to this review I would! Host is impossible to get in touch with!

It was a very bad experience in this house. In a few words, the house is not what they offer on vrbo. That house is really crap. The bathrooms. The kitchen is all rusty. It does not have parking for cars and in all the rooms it has bunk beds. I do not recommend it at all but if something good happened we spoke to the lsi vacation rental office and they quickly relocated us to another property thank you so much to relocated my family to better house ……..

Would have been good if…

I emailed the property manager MANY times during our stay. There was no utensils or pans to cook. There were also dirty sheets, black mold in the bathroom, holes In doors and walls. The worst of all… there was vomit on the bathroom wall. Even after reaching out they did nothing but send a maintenance man who took measurements. That’s it. No discount, no apology. Nothing. They eventually stopped responding. Expect all bunk beds too. I can definitely say we left the house in better condition than what we left it. That’s just sad.

worst experience ever, the day we booked it was to late to cancel and get a full refund so after reading the comments we called the owners to make sure the comments weren’t true and that there were the correct beds as shown in pictures and they confirmed there was and that the cable was all working. The day it was time to check in we drove 14 hrs just to be lied to. All bunk beds and they have foam mattresses to make it even better the tvs couldn’t turn on because there was not even an outlet close enough to them cable only worked in living room, no cooking utensils or eating utensils, house is very old looking. Tried calling to explain our problems and to ask for a refund since we were mislead and they are falsely advertising and they wouldn’t answer the multiple times we called ended up being on the phone with vrbo for 3 hrs while still stuck 14 hrs away from home trying to get a refund to book another place to stay. When vrbo tried calling the owners they wouldn’t answer them either worst experience ever I wish there was a way to rate -10/10 but there’s not so 1/10 it is

Not what the pics showed

The house is old need remodeling. In the post never mentioned that all bedrooms are bunk beds and also not in great shape at all . few of us just took those thin mattresses and slept on the floor. one bedroom had walls brick exposed need repair. The good think about this place it actually had 2 full bathrooms not 1 as in description. And the Beach is right across very nice.

The house was not bad wasn't cleaned very well either the kitchen was great besides a glass that kept making nose and the bedrooms all had bunkbeds there was no regular bed for adults we all had to sleep on the bunkbeds and the mattresses were so hard and the bunkbeds frame was bent in one of the rooms and the TV's didn't work either it was Easter weekend so that's why the office wasn't open and we left Monday anyways but if u don't care about bunkbeds or tv u will have a good stay but if ur married I wouldn't recommend it if u want ur own privacy cause u will not get it in this house

Completely disappointed

Dirty stained carpet. Central a/c does not work. Had 4 window units for air and they let me feeling very uneasy and un safe. You could see inside the house from the outside because of the crappie installation of the window units. THERE IS NO FULL BEDS! There are 5 sets of bunk beds. 2 of the bunks are fulls on the bottom but what they called mattresses are 1 in cotts, something you would find on a prison bed. The quilts seemed to be 50 plus years old. The smell of the house was horrible. Smelt like mold. Missing severl blinds and the ones there were broken. My husband is 5'11" and we were not able to sleep together. We all slept in the 1 room with the 3 set of bunks to ensure safty. And they were the only one with a actual matress, and there were not comfortable. I reached out to the rental company the moment we got there and they did not ever respond. The last night we were there my husband stayed up till 2 a.m. because there were suspicious older men loitering right out the back of the house. The couches were filthy. I covered the with sheets just so we could sit somewhere. None of the t.v. work and the wi-fi did not work. THE PICTURES ARE NOT WHAT THE HOUSE TRULY IS.

Across Road From Beach

The code to enter the property was incorrect. After an hour, I was called and given a code allowing me to enter. Upon entering, I was greeted with the smell of pot marijuana with visual debris and residue of marijuana in the foyer floor, bathtub, and on two nightstands. The bathtub was poorly painted. Paint chips would loosely be floating in bath water when the bathtub was used. Three air conditioner units were not working. Monday maintenance personnel came out, hindering our vacation time, and fixed one air conditioner, returned Tuesday, inconveniencing our vacation time again, to install a different air conditioner that did in fact work. The third air conditioner in the sunroom bedroom was never in working condition our entire stay, although it was brought to maintenance personnel's attention both Monday and Tuesday while they were at this house. Monday morning, we saw the entire bottom portion of the window in the dining room had been busted out at some point in the past and prior to our arrival the night before. This was patched by maintenance personnel on Monday. The shower on the other side of the full size bedroom in the back corner of this house would leak a substantial amount of water into this bedroom each time the shower was used. This was also shown to the maintenance personnel on their visit on Monday. Black hairs were present on the towels, sheets, and kitchen cabinets. Purple splatter and other splatters were on the walls and cabinets of the kitchen. There was no washer and no dryer as described on VRBO's listing description. Several lightbulbs were missing and/or not working. The televisions in the dining room, living room, and one bedroom were not working. Maintenance corrected this issue on Monday, but when we returned from dinner Monday, the living room television, again, was not working. This was not too much of an inconvenience as we were there to enjoy the beach and not to watch television. The light fixture's base in the dining room was dangling. This was also brought to maintenance personnel's attention, but not resolved during our stay. This property's ceilings had obvious water damage, some areas worse than others. The toilet in the full size front bedroom's bathroom would run each time after being flushed as the chain would fall under the flap inside the tank, resulting in the tank lid having to be removed and this corrected after each flush. Wires were exposed behind two cabinet doors in the kitchen. Very loud area!
