Great House...Poor Management

The property manager was more than helpful.
The vacation rental was very clean.
I was more than happy with the location.
I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
Overall, I recommend this vacation rental.

This house is awesome! Great design and super decor. Every room is great looking and comfortable. The location has its pros and cons. The best part is the small neighborhood. Houses laid out to promote privacy. Loved the quiet hours at 10pm. But if you're not in shape, especially if its hot weather, the walk to Seaside and the beach might be a bit much. Our crew is healthy with walkers and runners. We would walk 16,000-18,000 steps a day going to the beach and Seaside. So if that's too much for you, you'll need a bike or drive (but Seaside parking is abysmal). Now for the poor management. First let me say they were usually very responsive to the reported issues. But their automated texts were often inaccurate or untimely. The first issue was just before arrival date their text link said this was a 1 bedroom. That was very unsettling since their website showed 3.5 baths. The checkout procedures were either wrong or they were intended for a condo. When I followed the instructions, management texted me asking me why I texted them a code. I sent them back a screenshot of what they sent to me!! Upon arrival the property had not had leaves and pine needles blown off the drives, porches and walkways. The wifi didn't work. When I notified management they texted me the wrong wifi PW, then texted me the "correct" PW which still didn't work. Then they wanted me to try and find the router to re-set it. Isn't that hat management is for?? One bathroom had a very loose cold water handle. The maintenance tech who came to fix it was looking for a shower to repair. Why didn't management forward him the photo I texted to them? In one bathroom the toilet paper holder came off as soon as someone pulled off some toilet paper. There were no wash cloths in any bathroom. In the downstairs bathroom there was no hand towel or any other towel. There's at least 1 burned out light bulb in the downstairs ceiling.
