Villa Capriani is a luxury ocean front resort on the North Carolina coast offering you to enjoy a glimpse of Italy.

Our 2BR condo offers a spectacular third floor oceanfront view along with a beautiful courtyard that includes 4 pools, 2 hot tubs, an upscale on-site restaurant - serving both lunch and dinner 7 days a week.

A master bedroom is completely private while a living area opens a gorgeous 3rd floor ocean view.

Second bedroom is equipped with 2 bunk beds and sleeps 4.

In addition the unit has a fully equipped kitchen, 2 private bath, and flat screen TV.

Enjoy the spectacular covered porch in rain or shine (temporary unavailable until the further notice).

For those who prefer to stay longer, unit is equipped with a washer-dryer.

For our beloved guests we provide free password protected wireless internet (password provided upon arrival).

!!!! No pets are allowed. As an allergy precaution, if any service animals will be accompanying you, we will need to be notified beforehand. If you fail to notify us, your reservation will be cancelled. If we become aware of an unauthorized pet after your stay, additional cleaning fees will be charged as compensation.

!!!! Construction and maintenance on the property are a possibility. If this is the case during your reservation, access to the pool, landlady, and other amenities may be limited or restricted. East West Getaway is not responsible for and will not compensate for these circumstances.

Great place, horrible rental company

The Villa is beautiful, fabulous restaurant, sparkling pools, steps from the beach, peaceful... I could go on. But this rental company is the WORST. When I first booked they approved my trip, then a week later responded that I would need to vacate the day after arrival because the owner wanted it for that same time. I was able to reschedule for a different date 2 weeks earlier. They did not send me check in information at all, I had to call the day of arrival and they wouldn't answer the phone until the fourth call. They finally texted me info to get in half an hour after our check in time. We had to pay extra for pool bands and a parking pass just TWO DAYS before our trip. The first night we were locked out because they have a doorknob with no key (only the deadbolt). There's no after hours number to call, only text. The person who was texting me was incredibly rude, I ended up calling my own locksmith for their oversight. Even the locksmith said that's a very irresponsible property owner to not have a key for a lockable door. They expect you to wash their linens the day you leave. Then they tried to say that we stole the pool bands they charged us extra for when the bands were all left in the unit. We even found 2 additional bands in the unit when we first got there. We will be back to this resort, but NOT through this horrible company. I should have read other reviews before booking because it seems other guests have had the same negative experiences I have.

We love the villa.

Communication was difficult at first then on the day of arrival I finally got up with someone who was great. Getting extra charges for each person and parking and pool passes I thought were a bit much after we paid a bit to begin with. We will come back to the villa again but probably not that property.

This was a great condo and complex. The view was beautiful and everything clean. The pictures don’t do this place justice! We had all the amenities we needed!

Great view of ocean and they have a fabulous pool area. Good restaurant on the property. Condo clean if not a bit dated furniture wise.
