This cozy 1600 sqft contemporary Adirondack home in Northville is on 3.7 private acres and includes access to 10 feet of lake frontage on the Great Sacandaga Lake, just a quiet short walk away. The house is private with a wraparound porch, perfect for your morning coffee.

Please note: we have a 3 night minimum ( no exceptions)-thank you!

Plan your Adirondack Park experience with the endless winter activities the Adirondacks has to offer such as Hiking, Snowmobiling, Ice fishing, Sledding, Snowshoeing, Ice skating, Cross country skiing , and Downhill skiing.

Take a short 5 minute drive to the northville village for a bite to eat. While you're there, visit the oldest five and dime in America, gift/souvenirs shops, or local grocery store.

This home consists of 3 bedrooms, a loft, 2 full bathrooms, and an open concept living area. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prep your family breakfast, lunch or dinner (including coffee pot, microwave, pots /pans, dinnerware, cooking utensils etc). There is a kitchen island with high-top seating for 4 and additional seating for six at the dining table. The living area features cathedral ceilings and sliding door access to the wraparound porch. Play a game of chess or choose from our array of fun family games left for you to enjoy. Watch a flick on the large Flat screen TV with access to Netflix, Hulu, Amazon, and many other streamed networks. There is a Flat screen TV in the living area, loft area, and the downstairs bedroom. A 9ft brunswick pool table, ping pong table, and foosball table are available for your use in the unfinished basement as well. House has heat and central air conditioning , WiFi, and washer and dryer (located in basement).

Accomodations:
House comfortably sleeps 10 however there is an additional full size mattress in a closet that may be used for one or two additional people.

-Lower level bedroom with King bed has access to the wraparound porch via sliding door
-Queen bedroom #1 is upstairs (sleeps 2)
-Queen bedroom #2 is upstairs (sleeps 2)
-Open loft area includes two twin beds (sleeps 4)
- additional full size mattress available in upstairs bedroom closet
- additional toddler bed available
-Bathroom #1 is located downstairs across from King bedroom
-Bathroom #2 is located upstairs

Other amenities:
Gas grill
Washer and Dryer located in unfinished basement as well as a Pool Table, foosball table, and paddle ball table.
There is Wi-Fi.

House rules:
No cigarette smoking.
Pets are NOT allowed.
No parties.

Rain or Shine a great all seasons retreat

It was a wonderful stay. Well equipped home. We were there for Easter weekend with young kids. We had 2 solid days of rain however there was nonstop action for the kids... the wrap-around porch is massive and made the house a full on entertainment center for the kids to be out there able to play without getting wet and feeling cramped to have to stay inside. The basement area was also wonderful to keep them entertained who knew you could play foosball for hours! All the T v's were easy to use with access to online apps. Internet was great was able to work remotely. I love to cook the kitchen left nothing to be desired and I was able to have instacart delivered!!!! We can't wait to book it again!

A great house!

The house was warm and beautiful and just the right size for our group of 10 -- six adults and four kids, ranging in age from 18 moths to 14. We were a very briefly chagrined at the fact that the wood stove wasn't available, but only for about 20 seconds. The kitchen was roomy and well-equipped, the bedrooms spacious and comfortable. Everything worked. Everything was easy to understand.

Beautiful Rental! Great Amenities!

We had a great weekend in Northville once again. This home is beautiful and very well stocked with everything you need. I especially loved the gas stove. The game room was perfect for a rainy day inside. Our host Rebecca was very informative and wonderful to work with. We highly recommend this home for your next ADK adventure. Fantastic house

What a wonderful place to stay — we didn’t want to leave. The house itself is spacious and so stylishly decorated. The wraparound porch and fire-pit seating area really bring your stay outside the four walls and make nature feel like part of your stay too. Our kids (4 and 6 years old) loved the huge yard (and corn hole), campfires, bunking in the bunks beds and the small lakefront section a short walk away. They also were obsessed with watching grownups play pool downstairs in the basement, and loved the foosball and pingpong tables for themselves. The WiFi worked well, the grandparents had no trouble streaming their football games on their YouTube TV account. The only downside of our stay was that it couldn’t last longer!

A little bit of information about the owners: my husband and I decided to purchase this home back in October 2020. We fell in love with the large private property and the cozy feel of the home. Unfortunately since then we haven’t had much time to spend at our new vacation home due to our son’s baseball schedule and other activities. We decided rather than let the house sit unused during certain months of the year, we would share our home with others. We take pride in our family vacation home and we think you will love this cozy escape from the minute you walk through the door.
