The kitchen is fully equipped with everything one might need from a morning cup of coffee from the Keurig to baking cupcakes and blending that perfect frozen summer cocktail. Pack lightly and utilize the full size washer/dryer in the unit for convenience. A 65" flat screen TV in the living room as well as 55" flat screens in the guest bedrooms. Free WIFI is available in the unit and throughout the building.

The master is equipped with a King size bed and adjoining full bath. Guest bedroom has two Queen size beds and a second adjoining full size bath. Living room has a queen sleeper sofa and 2 chairs for seating. Dining area has seating for six and 2 additional bar stools are available for seating at the kitchen counter.

The gulf front balcony can be accessed directly from sliding doors from either the master bedroom or living room and has seating for four.

Guests are required by building management to purchase a parking pass for each vehicle upon arrival ($55). 2 Vehicle limit.
