While the oceanfront view will first capture your attention, you'll find yourself charmed by the condo's comfortable interior. Light walls, golden tile flooring, and rattan accents create an inviting atmosphere. When you're ready to rest from your travels, kick back in the living room on either of its two large couches or armchairs. Along with a dreamy view, the living area features a flat-screen TV with cable and a DVD player.

If you prefer to spend your vacation in the sunshine and salty air, step onto the ground-floor patio. Its two Adirondack chairs have a front row seat to New Smyrna's clear, non-driving beach. You'll find yourself here with coffee each morning for an exclusive view of the ocean sunrise.

Though NSB is famous for its local restaurants, you'll be equally as excited to enjoy a home-cooked meal in the condo. From bead board cabinetry to white appliances to cooking utensils, the kitchen is the perfect space to make your favorite recipes. Amenities such as a drip coffee maker, toaster, kettle, and more are provided.

When you're ready to serve your entrée, gather in the dining room for a family meal. While we provide an initial supply of toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, and trash bags to get you through the first 24 hours, we recommend you bring the following: toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, napkins, dishwashing liquid, laundry soap, coffee and coffee filters, beach items, and anything else you may need for the perfect vacation.
