This two-level property features, on the first level, an entryway with ample storage, a master bedroom with a double bed and TV, and a living area with an open kitchen and access to your private balcony, where you can take in the breathtaking view of the valley and the surrounding mountains. A bathroom with a washing machine and a separate toilet round out the first level.
The second level features the second bedroom, which has three single beds and a ceiling height better suited for children and teenagers. Access to this bedroom is via a narrow staircase equipped with a handrail.
Please note that, unfortunately, the fireplace is not usable.
The ski locker and free parking within the residence will ensure you have all the comforts you need during your stay.

The property is located in a highly sought-after area, especially among sports enthusiasts and, more specifically, skiers, thanks to its proximity to the Prarion ski lift, just a few meters away. Experienced skiers can even reach a spot just 10 meters from the building without having to take off their skis.
Around the Prarion ski lift, you’ll find numerous shops selling everyday essentials, and you’ll also be able to easily reach the center of Les Houches (3 minutes by car) as well as Chamonix (10 minutes by car).

This location is fairly easy to reach by public transportation, as it’s just a short walk from the Prarion ski lift.
For guests arriving by car, there are three free parking lots within the residence, spread across three different levels; spaces are first-come, first-served. The space in front of the building’s entrance is more of a drop-off zone, intended for unloading or loading the trunk. The parking lots are located along the internal road within the residence; you’ll have no trouble finding them. If needed, there are also parking lots at the Prarion ski lift, just before the entrance to the residence.
