When we arrived we were greeted by unintersted staff. The landline did not work and the toilet in the master bathroom did not flush. The condo was a grubby and needs updating badly. My husband had surgery and in 30 minutes of walking in the condo, the bottoms of his socks were filthy. Our request the first night brought no help and finally on the 3rd day they repaired the toilet. The housekeepers didn't come on the first two days and when they did, they didn't really clean. We left 4 days early for a new property. Gabe the manager, did his best and Jennifer at the front desk, these were very good people, the rest of the staff was not concerned, interested. We were un-greeted and thought the service was terrible.
