You have found the perfect place for your vacation! Our building is strategically located for your absolute convenience! Just one block from the grocery, one block from amazing breakfast food and coffee shop and a short, enjoyable walk from restaurants, ice cream and shops! You will enjoy beautifully manicured grounds, outdoor pool and hot tub or even a game of tennis. Access the beach through the building's gated boardwalk, wide and equipped with rinsing stations and lights for those who enjoy the evening strolls on the sand, this upgrade ensures an even more wonderful experience as wheeling a cooler or a cart with everything you need for a day by the waves is made easy and short.
Our slice of paradise sits on the south corner of Ocean Vista Towers, on the ninth floor! Sip on your favorite beverage and listen to the waves as the stress melts away on the oversized wraparound front balcony where you can contemplate breathtaking views of sunrises on the gulf and sunsets on the bay. Inside you will find a well-equipped kitchen and full laundry room. Carefully decorated with relaxation and comfort in mind, you will fall in love with the beach cottage feel! Our large dining table has held many laughter-filled meals. Board games and movie nights are just perfect after a sun filled day on the sand, ocean or fishing excursion! You will also rest on memory foam mattresses and down pillows dressed in fresh new cotton linen.

Pictures don’t do it justice. The view is amazing off the deck! The place is very clean and we all were very comfortable while we stayed there. Melissa is also very responsive if you need anything during your stay.

We had a great one week family vacation.4 adults and 2 children.Melissa was always helpful and the condo has a great location. We love Ocean Vista Tower and this is one of the nicest 3 bedroom condo we have found. Kitchen is fully equipped so my mom was too happy :-) Great living room space to enjoy together and play board games too! Big terrace and nice furniture to enjoy time outside! Friday Fireworks perfect view! We loved our time at SPI and loved the condo!

We walked in the door and you could see straight through to the ocean, the closer you got to the balcony the ocean got bigger. My mom said it almost feels like you are on a ship, the ocean is so close. The boardwalk access to the beach and the sand extension helped my 90 year old mother walk down to the beach unassisted.

The only reason I didn’t give the condo 5 stars was that the WiFi was out and I unfortunately had to spend several hours dealing with Spectrum over 2 days to get it fixed. It really shouldn’t have been my problem during my vacation to deal with but it was. The owner couldn’t have been kinder about it but that didn’t keep me from wasting valuable vacation time. Otherwise the condo was great.

I am terribly sorry that the storm had knocked out wifi right before your arrival. As always, I do my very best to resolve anything that might possibly come up as quickly and efficiently as is within my power. Unfortunately, all I could do is get the technician there to resolve it. If I could, I would have resolved it myself. Hope Spectrum's performance does not impact your perception of the actual property and how hard we work for the condo to be comfy, clean and well stocked ❤️

Property was wonderful for our group of 10 with additional 6 family members visiting nearby. Condo was perfectly stocked with everything one could need, was clean and comfortable. In condo laundry was much appreciated as were the comfortable beds, abundant towels, well equipped kitchen and beach umbrellas and chairs. Gorgeous views and terrific amenities. Host was responsive to our enquiries and building management was responsive taking care of rain that had accumulated on balcony. Daughter got engaged on beach our last night there while family and beach goers cheered. Condo was perfect for all 16 of us to celebrate that night together. Our stay was perfect. Highly recommend this property!

This was a great getaway! Melissa was wonderful. Attentive to all our needs. We had one little problem with the AC and there was a repair man there before I got back from my walk which I called her on. It was a minor problem just a wire brush on a wire. Back to cool again in no time. It was modern and beautiful and it had everything we needed. It’s definitely a do over and right on the beach!

We had a wonderful stay at this cute South Padre condo! The view was absolutely spectacular, and the furniture was comfortable and well-appointed, which made it feel like a true home away from home. Beautiful accommodations right on the beach and walking distance to everything. The beds were so comfy and so many pillows! Perfect for a family of 5 and each room has its own bathroom. It felt like a home away from home and has everything you need. Melissa, the host, was very responsive and kind. Highly recommended!

We have stayed in various units at Ocean Vista and this is by far the best. Our host was very helpful with any questions we had. Beds are very comfortable and the views from the balcony are great. Lots of great seating on the balcony

Super friendly and helpful host. Condo and honestly the entire facility was clean and well maintained. Excellent location, no car needed. We walked to several bars and restaurants and took the free bus to explore further out (bus stop right outside the unit). This corner unit has a wonderful huge balcony and gorgeous sunrise views. The primary bath layout is a little quirky but everything else about this rental was top notch!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The condo is well appointed with the furniture and wall colors throughout. We were able to find everything we needed - only suggestion is that a step stool would be helpful to reach the dishes on the top shelf.

Melissa is a fabulous host! We had some questions during our stay and she was quick to respond to us.The condo was perfect for our family with a well appointed kitchen, great updated bathrooms, plenty of seating for dining (bar and the dining table) and a working washer/dryer! The balcony was our favorite spot with the table for dining or outdoor board games, multiple love seats, foot stools and a lounger. A wonderful week was enjoyed by our family. Thank you Melissa!

This was a dream vacation for our family! It’s the first time I have vacationed with my adult children and grandchildren all together. We had such an amazing time! The condo is lovely, spacious, clean and well stocked with more more, than the essentials! The kitchen has everything you could need for meal prep. The balcony is huge and the view is exceptional!
