Our Goals For Your Stay
This year has been long, different, & difficult to navigate.
I've found my center here in this space, so many times....
My hope in sharing it with you is that you too can find calm in the chaos.
There’s a TV but it’s optional... there’s WiFi but it’s optional...
Create new habits, & evaluate your old ones...
Find moments of silence comfortable & make time for late coffee or tea...
Sleep in or wake early... Take an afternoon nap...
Stay up to see the moon without worry of next day responsibilities...
Take a dip in the river, clothes optional... If its cold, dip anyway...
Disconnect from the world... reconnect with yourself...
Regroup with your people...
Refocus... Find your new aim...
Study the relationships with the world you've created around you...
While you are here, be a Wandering Woman, a Meandering
Man, a Curious Couple, a Fun Family, a Person at Peace...
Become willing to slow down & breathe... & for goodness
sakes laugh a little...
Read a book... Wonder...
Listen to the sounds of Nature & the River Flow...
Look at the trees...
Contemplate...
