Step into the fully equipped kitchen each morning and whip up a tasty breakfast on the gas range and stainless steel appliances before making the most of fresh powder on the mountain. If a bit of rest is needed, simply sit back and chill out with a movie or favorite show playing on the flatscreen TV as the gas fireplace warms frozen toes. Additional perks include free WiFi, as well as a gas grill.
When it comes to outdoor adventure, you can't get more of it than here in Brian Head. Come winter, skiing, snowshoeing, and sledding will be the perfect way to use each snow-filled day. Other seasons will uncover the hiking trails, bike paths, and maybe even a bit of fishing in the reservoir.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
