Unsatisfactory / less than “premium”

Overall, the suite has potential to be good with better cleaning & maintenance practices. There were a lot of things missing, broken, worn, or unclean: turning on the switch for the air conditioning / bathroom fan made a loud, awful noise so we couldn’t use it. There were only 2 regular forks & a few mini forks, cracked & melted cups, and the pans looked gross so we opted not to cook there. The sheets on one of the beds was significantly stained (something black). Both beds had hair in the bedding & the duvet covers looked unwashed. There were food crumbs on the coffee table, and dust on the bathroom counter & under living room side tables. The bathroom towels provided were mismatched, one was stained, two very thin. There were no tea towels & only one kitchen dish cloth. The clasp on the dishwasher detergent dispenser was broken & wouldn’t close. The kitchen chairs were stained. The living room chair has rips in the arm seams. The couch was uncomfortable (springs are obvious). The decorative pillows are flat & faded. The TV remote was missing (once we asked, the manager provided instructions to download an app to our phones as a work around). There were check in /out instructions about a key fob for door access, and a hook labeled for the spare key but it was missing & this was confusing. The listing describes the unit as "premium" with "professional cleaning", "fully equipped kitchen", with "luxury bedding", "fresh towels" and "central air conditioning" - this suite does not meet these claims. I told the property manager of all of these issues & they said they’d noted it & would get the cleaning team to assess next time and to rest assured that my concerns were forwarded to management. A cleaning service did drop off a fresh set of unstained sheets & one tea towel. Other than that, nothing else was remedied during our 6 day stay. I'm disappointed that there were so many issues & a lack of care for general cleanliness / maintenance. I can understand one or two minor things, but this seemed excessive. I wouldn’t stay here again.
