With 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms, Village Retreat contains every amenity one would need on a mountain escape inlkcuding lake views. A stunning upstairs living space with picture windows throughout, you will be excited to get back home after a day on the lake or mountain ski resorts.

The entire upstairs is an entertainer’s dream space. From a chef’s gourmet kitchen to brand new pool table, there is something for everyone in the family to partake in. The custom cabinetry in the kitchen with granite countertops throughout is breathtakingly glamourous, yet still maintains a comfortable mountain vibe. The appliances are all state-of-the-art stainless steel including a 6-burners gas stove. While the chef of the family is whipping up a delicious meal, other members of your group can sit at the island with bar seating. Enjoy the sectional couch and fireplace during those cold winter nights, while watching a movie on the flat-screen television. Gamer in the family? Enjoy the pool table, shuffleboard table, or chess/checkers tablr in the living room. A wet bar can be stocked with your favorite wine or beer or other aperitifs. Walk outside to the deck and enjoy the serenity of Big Bear nature. A powder room completes the upstairs grand room.

The master suite comes equipped with a California King bed and flat screen television. A twin-bed toll away is stored in the closet if you need the extra bed space. The en-suite bathroom has a shower/tub combo – great for a bubble bath after a long day of activities. The second bedroom contains a king-bed and XL twin bed. The third bedroom is a great room for kiddos with 2-full sized beds and mounted flat screen television.

Note: This home is equipped with a Simplisafe security system. By renting the home guests aknowledge that they will not in any way tamper with the security system. Tampering with the system will result in forfeiture of deposit.

City of Big Bear Lake "Good Neighbor Policy"

Do not exceed the occupancy limit
Do not exceed the stated occupancy at any time during your stay. The maximum number of adult  occupants may be less than the total maximum occupancy. NO PARTIES ALLOWED.

No parking in street or yard
Parking is only permitted in the driveway, designated parking spaces, and garage. This includes trailers. The maximum number of vehicles permitted is on the exterior sign.

No amplified music 24/7
Amplified music is not permitted to be heard beyond the property line 24/7. Close your windows to avoid music carrying beyond the property line.  

Head inside at 10:00 p.m.
Noisy outdoor activities and spa use are prohibited from 10:00 p.m. – 7:00 a.m.

Take trash to dumpster locations
Trash needs to be taken to a local dumpsite. Clean Bear locations:
41790 Garstin Drive & 39690 Big Bear Blvd.

Fines
The minimum fine for violating the rules stated previously is $500 per violation. A second offense is $1000 per violation.  

Eviction
Unruly guests who blatantly disregard the rules and expectations will be evicted without a refund. In  addition, costly citations may be issued to the undersigned.
