Boasting everything you expect in a cabin in the woods, this expansive retreat will spoil the whole family on your next vacation! This is the perfect place to get away from it all, as the neighbors are distanced and downtown Pagosa Springs sits four-and-a-half miles northeast! Heading into town is always a good time, as the local restaurants, shops, and grocery stores will provide you with all of the necessities and fun for the whole family. While in the area, soak in the natural Hippy Dip Hot Spring! If there are a few skiers in the group, they can easily wake up early and hit the road to make the 33-mile drive up to Wolf Creek Ski Lodge!

Regardless of how you use each day, returning to home base will be a highlight, as the interior of this rustic abode offers high vaulted ceilings, classic log cabin feels, and a lofted layout that will give everyone some privacy when need be. Step out to the balcony or the expansive deck with a favorite drink in hand and you will see the unmatched views of the greenery and mountains beyond. Come summer, the gas grill will be just the ticket for a cookout in the fresh mountain air. When the sun dips behind the treetops, hot cocoa and movie snacks can be easily prepared in the fully equipped kitchen and the large sectional sofa will be waiting for everyone to kick back and relax in style.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 21 years of age to book. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
