A gorgeous vista of Mt LeConte and a serene setting is what you will find at “Bear in Mind”! Imagine starting your morning on the back deck with a breathtaking mountain view in the distance and the quiet forest floor below. “Bear in Mind” is easily accessible in a cul de sac at the end of a gentle winding road. Conveniently located in the Arts and Crafts Community close to downtown Gatlinburg yet still privately nestled in the trees. You will absolutely love the location of this cabin but “Bear in Mind”.... the cabin’s location is just one of many things you will fall in love with!

The cabin is well appointed with high quality furniture, original paintings and decor! There is high speed internet connection and WiFi at the cabin for your entertainment and convenience. The two King Suites centerpiece beautiful locally hand made beds from reclaimed barn wood. Both King Suites are tastefully appointed with luxury, high quality bedding and King pillow top mattresses. All the makings for a good nights sleep! Each of the spacious King suites provides jetted bathtubs to help you relax after a fun filled day. Both suites have private fireplaces, their own access to separate decks and TV's with Dish Satellite.

The game room is equipped to provide ample entertainment. There is a Sony Brava 65" HD 4k TV with Netflix and Dish Satellite channels, a full size pool table, a multicade whiskey barrel cocktail table with 60 all time favorite classic arcade games including PacMan, Donkey Kong, Millipede, Galaga and Ms. PacMan. Try your luck at an exciting and challenging game of Hookey. There’s also a great selection of board games and puzzles for all ages. The full sized couch folds out to a queen sleeper with a thick mattress making it possible for “Bear in Mind” to sleep up to six guests comfortably and privately. There is a mini bar with a sink and refrigerator so that beverages and snacks are close at hand. On the deck just outside of the game room is yet another perfect gathering spot. You'll find a cedar swing, Adirondack chairs and a hot tub. Perfect for an evening of family fun under the Tennessee night sky.

Back upstairs you will love the main floor's vaulted ceiling and open concept. The fifteen foot ceiling and floor-to-ceiling windows bring the outside mountain view inside. The living, dining and kitchen areas are connected making it perfect for entertaining. The living room is spacious and wonderfully decorated. We know you'll find it a place of rest and relaxation. The kitchen has granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances and an amazing rustic hickory dining table that looks out at the beautiful vista. The kitchen is well equipped as we anticipated your every need. The grocery store is just three minutes down the hill if you decide to stay in for a "cabin cooked" meal. The upper deck is just off the living room and is complete with Amish made rocking chairs, a fire pit and covered picnic table for outdoor dining.
