Welcome to The Silvertip Lodge. Perhaps the best feature of this terrific cabin is the prime location, just 1 mile to Shaver Village! You'll be a short drive from the lake, so you can easily spend your days water skiing, boating, and fishing. If you're visiting during the winter months, you'll love skiing and snowboarding at China Peak Mountain Resort.

The Silvertip subdivision is nestled right in the heart of Shaver Lake, just one mile from the very popular village and a short drive to the lake.

This beautiful, 3 bedroom 2 bath home makes this a perfect destination for families & friends, sleeping up to 8. Spread out under the vaulted ceilings in the main living room while you cuddle up next to the stone-faced fireplace and stream some tunes. There is space for the entire family. The kids have a private large room upstairs, equipped with a TV and games. The kitchen is spacious and equipped with everything you may need to make a cozy home-cooked meal. Even enjoy your delicious meal while sitting on the front or back deck. Please note the deck and furniture is accessible May-Nov, weather permitting.

Linens - We DO provide clean linens
Towels - We DO provide clean bath towels, hand towels, and washcloths.

Please note - This property does not accommodate boat or trailer parking. You can call Sierra Marina in advance to reserve a boat slip and overnight parking should you like to bring a boat.

Please note, guests do not have access to the garage, but there is ample parking.

So warm and cozy

This was our 2nd winter stay with the Silvertip and we had such a wonderful time again! The heating is instant, the kitchen is really well equipped, and we loooooove the wood fireplace. Our kids especially love sledding in the little loop right in front of the house (built in fun!). Thanks Jamie for yet another seamless booking and attention to detail! We know your places will be relaxing and welcoming. Looking forward to trying more of the Cabin Host’s other vacation rentals for our family trips.

Annual Shaver Trip

We had an amazing stay at this cabin. The accommodations were great and the back deck was such a refreshing spot to sit. The only issue we had was the code given for the trash cans didn't work. The kitchen was fully stocked, just really small. This was a quiet neighborhood and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Jamie, the host, was super friendly and very pleasant to work with. I'd recommend this place to smaller families.

Great Place To Say

My family and I arrived just after 4:00pm. The cabin was just as explained on the website. Beautiful! We unpacked and started our vacation. We ran into a problem with the fridge and notified Jamie the property manager. She was super responsive and had a solution the next day. Thanks Jamie! The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you need. The space was large enough for all of the family to hide away and read or take a well deserved nap. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. The location was perfect with a few minutes drive into town and less that 10 minutes from Shaver Lake. The Internet connection was a bit slow and we had issues watching a move when the kid were online at the same time. Not a game changer. Overall we had a fantastic time at the cabin and appreciate Jamie's quick responses to our questions and concerns. We would come back in the future!

Great place to stay. We will rent again in the winter.

The experience was great. Everything we needed was just around the corner. The the fact we can be on the lake and come right in and relax is awesome. Will definitely rent again next time in the winter.

Perfect for family get away

Close to the lake and all the shops and restaurants. The house was clean and well maintained . Property host was very quick to respond to any questions we had .
