Please note the following schedule for our outdoor pool availability:

Pool Closed: Until July 20th
Pool Open: From July 20th to Labor Day Weekend
Pool Closed: After Labor Day until Memorial Day 2025

The pool will be available for guests from July 20th to Labor Day Weekend. This timeframe coincides with the first two phases of our property renovation, and all dates are subject to change due to weather, labor, or supply chain issues.

Soothe sore muscles in our outdoor hot tub, sauna, or steam room, and enjoy seasonal amenities, including beach chair/umbrella rentals (fee), an outdoor tiki bar, and a splash pad. Peruse the lobby gift shop for collectibles, beach supplies, and keepsakes and get in some exercise at the fitness center. Savor fresh, local fare at the on-site restaurant and select from an array of complimentary DVD rentals to enjoy whenever convenient. Hold memorable workshops or plan your next family reunion in the more than 3,000 s.f. of available meeting space. Our warm and friendly Scenic Stays team will be available throughout your stay via our 24-hour on-site front desk should any questions arise.

SunDestin Unit 0314 is a spacious, homey one bedroom, one and one half bathroom condo accommodating up to six. Unwind in this relaxing open-concept living/dining space that effortlessly brings the outdoors in! You’ll love preparing snacks and meals in the fully-appointed kitchen complete with everything needed for creating fabulous meals and entertaining. The living room is perfect for watching a movie on the flat-screen TV or snuggling on the queen-sized sleeper sofa when the day is done. Rest peacefully in the master suite which houses two double beds, a flat-screen TV, en suite bathroom, and private balcony access.

For those who want to do more than just lay in the sun, Destin is packed with fun activities the whole family will enjoy. Spend an afternoon at  Big Kahuna’s Water and Adventure Park or the Track family recreation center, both just five minutes away. Water slides, miniature golf courses, bumper boats, and go-kart tracks are just the beginning of a fun-filled day!

Guests under 22 must be accompanied by an adult chaperone throughout their stay. Pets are unfortunately not welcome and are subject to immediate departure if found to be inhabiting a property. Smoking is strictly forbidden.
