Lofts of Old Town are luxury boutique rentals located in the heart of Cottonwood’s Historic Old Town right on Main Street. Imagined by Verde Valley locals and built from the ground up, every inch of this space is designed to create an unparalleled lodging experience. This Bootlegger's Loft can be RENTED AS A ONE BEDROOM CONDO AS WELL by locking out the second bedroom. Please contact host for special offer (it would be $50. less per night for 2 guests max)

This double King, amazingly spacious 2 bedroom, 2 full baths, 1,350 sq. ft suite is equipped with every modern comfort including a 75” flat screen Smart TV and infrared fireplace. This condo features floor to ceiling sliding glass doors and windows with 12 ft ceilings to let natural light pour in. The spacious, comfortable living room with ample seating has a 75 inch flat screen Smart TV. The master bedroom is furnished with an adjustable King bed, high-end plush mattress with top-of-the-line cotton linens. The large walk-in closet also provides everything you need for your office space (it's that big). The master bath features his and her sinks, granite countertops, and a large walk-in tile shower. The second bedroom is suited with the same plush high-end King mattress and the second bathroom also has a large walk-in tile shower. Both bathrooms have hand-held shower heads for convenient bathing. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to be right at home. A KEURIG coffee maker and pour over coffee maker as well as a 10 cup Mr. Coffee are provided along with coffee and tea. Enjoy peaceful mornings on the private front patio, even sip your coffee in your pj’s.
Every room is equipped with European AC/Heat mini splits and large ceiling fans to individually control the temperature of each room. This condo has its own washer and dryer for guest use and we strive to use organic, chemical free soap and cleaning products in the kitchen and bathroom.

Fun Fact: Did you know that during the prohibition era, Old Town Cottonwood was Arizona’s bootleg capital. Experience Old Town’s colorful history by staying on the same street that once survived with an industrious bootlegging commerce and underground tunnels. Hence the name... Bootlegger's Loft

Due to the coronavirus we are following a very thorough cleaning protocol and we’re taking extra steps to clean and sanitize all surfaces between reservations.

Modern, Clean, and Great Location

The title of the review covers it well. It's a beautiful, newer property and very well-appointed and spotless. The location in Old-Town Cottonwood can't be beat...the best restaurant in downtown (Pizzeria Bocce) is practically across the street and the best beer selection (Copper Jackalope) is right next to that. Also, the trailhead for the Jail Trail is right next door. Patty was extremely prompt and friendly in our communications. A+.

Bootlegger Paradise!

The hosts Michael and Patti were so very gracious and accommodating. We felt so welcome by them both. The condo was perfectly appointed! They did not miss a trick! Comfort doesn’t even begin to say it. Location - none better. Cannot beat the patio for socializing. We will definitely be back. We are talking about making it a quarterly trip. I lived in Cottonwood for 6 years and watched it go up. It doesn’t get better. Love, love, love it all! Joyce

You can’t do better than this! Patty and Michael have all the amenities covered in a clean, comfortable, and convenient location in the Sedona area. Mattresses and linens are quality. The old town area of Cottonwood has shops and eateries within easy walking distance. Four stayed here 03/25-27/24 and were totally pleased with the stay.

Perfect place and location in Cottonwood

Best location in Cottonwood. Trendy, nicely appointed condo. The place is clean and very cool. You won't want to leave. Owner is very easy to work with.

My husband Michael and I are from NJ and have been vacationing in Arizona for 20 years before moving here over 5 years ago. We love everything about the area. We especially enjoy the hiking, golf and UTV riding.
We do live on site as we built 3 full size condominiums, right on Main Street. We rent 2 of them out as short term vacation rentals. They are Main Street Loft & Bootlegger's Loft.

The convenience of staying right on Main Street in the heart of Old Town is that you have on site parking. (No driving around looking for a place to park) Once you park your car, you can walk to any of the fabulous restaurants, wineries, antique stores, boutique stores and more. And a walk to the river on Jail Trail is just steps away. On your way to Jail Trail, don't forget to stop at Seeds, and see the once famous jail cell that Al Capone was said to have stayed in.
