Apartment 304 - Le Ridge Building<br> Village des 2 Têtes - Les Arcs 1600<br> Direct access from the Bourg-Saint-Maurice train station via the funicular (7 min), then a 10-minute shuttle ride (UCPA stop)<br><br>Facing due east and located in the Le Ridge building (built in 2019, rated 5 crystals), our apartment is on the third floor (elevator available) with a panoramic view of the valley.<br>The residence is located just above Les Arcs 1600 and below Club Med Arc Panorama.<br><br><br>With a floor area of 124 m² and a 25 m² terrace, the apartment consists of:<br>- a large main room with a fully equipped open kitchen,<br>- a living room with 2 sofas (one of which reclines), <br>- a dining room,<br>- and 4 bedrooms:<br>* 3 double bedrooms (2 spacious 160 x 200 beds and one king-size 180 x 200 bed)<br>* 1 shared bedroom featuring 1 double bed (140), 1 single bed (90), and a double sofa bed, 1 armchair. This room was designed for children (young and old, accommodating up to 6 people), <br>- 1 bathroom with toilet<br>- 1 bathroom (adjacent to a double bedroom with a 160 x 200 bed)<br>- 1 private bathroom (adjacent to a double bedroom with a 160 x 200 bed)<br>- 1 separate toilet<br>- 1 toilet/laundry room with washer and dryer<br><br>Plenty of closets and storage space in every room.<br><br>All appliances are top-of-the-line:<br>- in the kitchen: Bosch induction cooktop, DeLonghi coffee maker/bean grinder, Bosch convection oven, microwave, WMF juicer, kettle, Kenwood stand mixer, numerous kitchen accessories and utensils)<br>- in the living room: LG soundbar, LG flat-screen TV, high-speed internet, and board games.<br><br>You’ll have access to the shared indoor pool, the spa (with a steam room and sauna), and the gym on the first floor of the residence.<br><br>Two parking spaces (included in the rate) on the first basement level are reserved for you. An electric car charging service (not included in the rate) is available at two designated spots in the parking garage.<br><br>On the first floor, you’ll have access to the residence’s ski room and the apartment’s private ski storage room, equipped with a ski warmer, which provides direct access to the slopes. <br><br>On the first floor, accessible from inside the residence building, you’ll find:<br>- The “French Touch” grocery store, where you can order fresh bread, pastries, and groceries. Personalized shopping services and delivery of homemade meals are even available.<br>- The “NetSki” sports shop for ski equipment rentals and ski apparel purchases<br>- A massage service is also available in a dedicated space within the residence, by reservation.<br>- The concierge service at Le Ridge will be available during certain hours to answer any questions you may have and offer hotel-style services.<br><br>Everything has been arranged to ensure you have a wonderful vacation.
