Reliable wi-fi, desk, and monitor for working remotely. We have a Roku TV but no cable. Bring your favorite steaming passwords for Netflix, etc.

Verizon cell phone service is great, others like ATT don't work or sketchy. The cabin does not have a land line phone.

Public lake access at National Forest Service's Lake Rabun Beach boat ramp with fishing dock, swimming beach 1 mile from the cabin. No Lake access from our immediate neighborhood.

***ACCESS***
The cabin is located off Highway 23 between Tallulah Gorge and Clayton, GA. You will take a beautiful winding drive along Lake Rabun past lovely lake homes and cabins, then gravel road for 0.3 mile. The gravel road is well maintained but can occasionally have ruts after heavy rains.

The Copper Owl has a level driveway, one step up to the deck and one step to the cabin entrance. Guest bedroom, 1 bath, living room,
kitchen, and dining room are on the main level (one step down to dining room). Master bedroom suite is down eight steps off the dining room. Loft overlooking the living room has very steep stairs up to the two additional twin beds.
