Wander through WaterColor's gorgeous Camp District and you will find yourself at the doorstep of a coastal gem. Conveniently located just steps away from Camp WaterColor, 194 Spartina Circle is a charming three-story home, completely updated and spaciously arranged with 4 bedrooms, 4 baths plus a bunk nook, and two twin beds. A new 6-seater electric cart is also included with your reservation as well as 6 adult bikes, so look no further for your perfect WaterColor vacation home. Greeted by the chic blue color of the home, a screened porch and adorable bed swing, the evident theme of this home is luxurious comfort. Upon entering, the grand space cohesively flows, from the large living room with gas fireplace, to the fully equipped kitchen and onto the large formal dining room with seating for eight. Located also on the first floor is a lovely guest bedroom that overlooks the backyard living space and outdoor wood burning fireplace. Just down the hall is a shared bathroom with tub/shower combination as well as a large office/mudroom with bench seating and built-in bookcases that adjoin to a large laundry room. Ascending to the second floor, a large master suite features a beautifully finished bathroom and dressing room. A screened porch off the master provides a peaceful space for relaxing and enjoying the natural beauty of the WaterColor community. Separating the master suite from the two additional bedrooms (each with their own bathroom) is a bunk nook which can be disguised behind large, oversized sliding doors. Also located on the second floor is another large balcony accompanied by a cozy hammock that overlooks Camp WaterColor. The third-floor tower features beautiful panoramic views and two twin beds, making it the perfect spot for teens to enjoy their own space. Great Stay

Excellent location directly across from camp watercolor. The golf cart is a little hard to drive without powers steering, but overall the accommodations were wonderful.

Great house and location for a family

Awesome House. layout worked great for 4 adult couples, 2 kids, and 2 toddlers. The kitchen has plenty of dishes and pots and pans. Being across from camp watercolor couldn't be better. The front porch is screened for great night hangouts without bugs.

Perfect Location

We loved the location of this property. It is directly across from the Camp Watercolor entrance. We had 2 families and plenty of room for everyone to have their own space and gather together. It was beautiful.

Great location. Great house. Poor housekeeping.

We really enjoyed the location and layout of this house. The management company was great to work with. The only negative is the house was not very clean. The housecleaning service let the management company down.

Fabulous house!

This home had 3 master bedrooms which was ideal for us. The rooms are very large the 4 full bathrooms are beautiful. There is a six seater golf cart that was perfect for us as we had 6. We took drives to town center in the evenings and to and from Grocery store. The beds were very nice quality and comfortable with good linens. We had to call maintenance twice for minor issues and the response was immediate. The screened in front porch was our gathering place for coffee in the mornings and having a cocktail in the evenings. We are directly across the street from Camp Watercolor so the kids could just walk to the pools and lazy River. The front patio could use a cleaning the cushions on the swing are well used and the floors are pretty dirty. We went barefoot in the house. No complaints tho.
