Nestled away in the new Greenway Park neighborhood, you'll LOVE Daydream Believer & all it's charm. Impeccably decorated in a colorful beachy boho theme, this home is the Pinterest vacation spot of your dreams. Crisp whites and neutrals are the base for glorious colors and textures to shine, creating an irresistibly relaxing and inspiring atmosphere.

Don't forget your furry family member either! Your dog wants to romp around 30A, too. This designer home and neighborhood is pet friendly. *Must have written approval from Exclusive 30A to bring your pet and pay a non-refundable pet fee. Bringing an unauthorized pet will result in fines and possible eviction.

Greenway Park is conveniently located near THREE beach entrances. Stroll or bike down the pebbled path of May Street for a few minutes to reach the Eastern Lake Beach Access or Ramsgate Beach Access. Jump in your car for a quick 4 minute drive to the parking for the Beachfront Trail beach access. It is faster to get to the beach from Daydream Believer (Seagrove) than if you were staying in some of the major 30A neighborhoods! Shopping and dining is a block away at Steamboat Grill, Old Florida Fish House, Beachy Bean Coffee Co, and Buddy's Seafood Market. Plus the new Greenway Station with even more shopping and dining option is only just outside the neighborhood.

Daydream Believer (Seagrove) Features
- Pet Friendly for up to 2 dogs, 45 pounds or less, and non-shedding. Approval from Exclusive 30A and payment of a non-refundable pet fee is required prior to your arrival.
- Community Pool is 150 footsteps from home - pool can be heated for an additional fee during cooler months with advance notice. As this is a community pool, we cannot guarantee pool heating will be available due to possible equipment malfunctioning.

Great BUT for 3 P’s

The property is beautiful and we’ll appointed. BUT there were three major issues with the property: Plumbing, Privacy, and Parking. Plumbing- The hot water heater is only a 50 gallon tank- entirely too small for a house that sleeps 10. There also is a problem with the water pressure in the house. It is extremely high, so you feel like you are being assaulted by the water while showering and the shower fixtures do not allow you to reduce flow. Because the pressure is so high and the tank is so small, the hot water runs out on the 3rd person taking a shower. Privacy- the downstairs has decorative shades on the windows. They are lovely but you can see through them. There is a master bedroom downstairs and there are three windows that leave you exposed to the neighbors in the evening hours. One of those windows is in the bathroom and the neighbors have an outdoor living room/kitchen right outside. There is no way to shower with privacy during the evening. That same room is a straight shot to the glass front door so if you forget to shut the door when you shower you come out totally exposed. A window covering on the front door would be nice and different coverings need to be installed in the master bedroom. Parking- the listing says that there is parking for two cars. There is if they are very small! There is a garage but it must be used to get the two cars parked. If your car won’t fit in a standard garage you won’t have 2 spaces.

Greenway visit

THE PERFECT HOME

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Daydream Believer IS a dream! The house is in top notch condition and is wonderfully appointed. It was a joy to come home and sit on the porch at the end of the day and we loved everything from the decor to cooking on the gorgeous gas range. Beach access is a short, lovely, and shaded walk away and the pool is quiet and impeccably maintained. We will 100% be back!
