The owner of the property takes pride in his home. The place is gorgeous and has everything you need and more. Read the rules before you sign. He is strict but with good reason.

Great Pool House

Wow, this property is even better than the photos. We had such a great, relaxing weekend here! Bruce is a fantastic host and communication was open and easy. This property is beautiful and was very convenient for our weekend visit. I look forward to staying here again.

Peace by the pool

We stayed for few days and it was just what we were looking for. Peaceful, private and clean. Walking out to the pool and sunshine was great + the gazebo next to the creek is a very nice touch. Bruce was great and easy to communicate with. Highly recommend this place for a little couples get away.

Amazing experience

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay at this amazing property. The owner was easy to work with and we even made friends with his dog Blue. We will definitely be back when we return to the Denver area.

Relaxing and private

Bruce was accommodating and quick with our check in and then we didn’t see him the rest of our stay. We knew he was close by if we needed anything but it felt very private. Landscaping was beautiful and well maintained. We wish we could have stayed longer! Hope to be back soon.

Beautiful and relaxing

This unit came with all the amenities, pool, fire pit, outdoor tv, full kitchen and privacy! I really enjoyed the pool, it’s a perfect size for a quick dip or leisurely float. The unit felt private, despite there being others living on the property, and the grounds were lovely. Access to the city, shops and restaurants was close, so some road noise during heavy traffic periods when outside. Overall, loved this place!

The Most Relaxing Pool House

I only stayed for a day, but that 24 hours included hours in the pool, hot tub, and pool deck while watching soccer matches on the 85" poolside TV. It doesn't get more relaxing. Bruce is a very nice host who gives you all the space you want, even though he and others live on the property adjacent to the pool house.

It wouldn't go back

Bruce seemed friendly until we got there. He came out and his dog was exuberant. Ours was old and tired. Bruce told us: "House rules were that no that wasn't a registered guest could come over." My mom has a terminal diagnosis, and I would have liked for my sister and her husband to meet us at our place for a private conversation. Not at my mom's house or the restaurant where we ended up. While our dog was in his bed at the foot of ours, Blue, Bruce's dog came in took our dog's toy and peed on our floor. Bruce didn't clean it - he left it for me to clean. He never returned my dog's toy although I requested that he return it. It wasn't expensive but it was our dog's favorite which is why we brought it. When my dog walked on Bruce's pool cover Bruce took snow off it and threw it on the steep steps making them icy. He asked if we would crate our dog when we weren't there. Our dog is a service dog - he works at the hospice - he never stays without us. Was he worried about the chairs and couch that were already shredded by a cat? The tile floor was pretty but slick and there was no matt to wipe our feet.

Absolutely perfect way to spend our last evening in Colorado before driving back east. Amazing outdoor spaces and quiet, relaxing interior. Would rent again.

Perfect oasis and convenient to lots

This property is meticulously cared for in all areas. The location is convenient for Denver, Red Rocks, short drive to Boulder and easy to locate groceries, fuel, quick-serve meals. The owner greeted us at check-in to explain everything, and then we enjoyed 4 days for an anniversary trip. Would visit this pool house again and recommend it to friends. Thanks, Bruce!

Great property, Awesome location

The property exceeded our expectations. It was clean and well stocked with anything you might need. The location was perfect for all of our excursions especially Red Rocks. The pool, hot tub, and fire pit provided a very relaxing and enjoyable atmosphere. Bruce was a very gracious host and Blue was an added benefit. When our travels bring us back to Denver, we will definitely be booking with Bruce.

Amazing property!

This place was such an amazing place. Bruce was such a great host and we enjoyed Blue his dog, as well. The pool was especially wonderful. The location was so convenient for everything we wanted to do, as well. We couldn’t say enough good things about this place. It made our 1st trip to Denver a memorable one! We’ll be back, for sure! No pool after dark, no privacy as owner is always on the propety

Owner is always on the property as he lives there too. 1/2 the windows in the picture are his house. No privacy. There are no pool hours listed on VRBO, when we arrived, the owner showed where the bathroom and Keurig maker are in the 300 sq foot house. Then he told us there was no pool after dark. Those rules were/are not listed in the VRBO listing. When I confronted the owner, he advised the rules were on the Airbnb listing. I called VRBO and they said they are different apps. The owner claimed an insurance policy was his excuse. Regardless of excuses, the rules should be listed properly. I wouldn't have booked this property if the rules were listed correctly. We tried to enjoy the pool one afternoon and the owner was using his skid loader on the property, so it was hard to hear our music and we smelled diesel fuel instead of fresh air. The owner walks around the property with no shirt on all the time and is always outside when you are. He wants to talk and find out what you are doing. He told us not to have sex in the pool or hot tub. It was a very inappropriate experience. No privacy and we didn't feel comfortable or relaxed.

Beautiful pool house

Beautiful relaxing spot. Bruce is an excellent host who has thought of everything including the paper goods to enjoy meals by the pool. Property is clean and well maintained. Outdoor area is great. Blue ( the puppy) was an added bonus. Will definitely stay here again when returning to Denver area. Thanks Bruce.

Nice Quick Getaway with Private Pool

If you are looking for a relaxing time by the pool without having to travel far from the city, this is a great spot. Spend a night or more catching some sun, taking e a dip in the pool and watching a movie outdoors by the fire. The property is nice, clean and private.
