In the first guest room, you will find 2 queen beds and in the second guest room, you will find an additional queen bed. This unit comfortably sleeps up to 8 people! The stocked kitchen is perfect for all the chefs in your family. Enjoy a meal and family time around the formal dining room table. The massive balcony is a must-see! Hidden Dunes

The overall place was nice but carpets in all bedrooms were badly stained which was gross for children playing on them. They also did not tell us correctly how to lock the unit from the outside. We spent about an hour trying everything on the door keypad until we finally figured it out. But it would be a beautiful unit if they would replace carpets with something other than carpet.

DO NOT RENT THIS UNIT WITHOUT MAKING SURE IT IS UPDATE!!!!

Pros Spacious enough for our group of 6 people. Beautiful view of the Ocean. Cons When we were an hour away from our checking time, Real Joy was still trying to get the previous guest to leave the property. Bathroom for bedroom #1 The towel rack was torn off the wall and under the sink with roll of toilet paper that was dropped in some type of water. Not sure if it was water from the sink or the toilet. Sand on the floor. Sand on the floors throughout the unit. The unit was very dusty. It was apparent it had not been dusted for weeks. There are disgusting pots and pans in the cabinet. We had to buy a frying pan just to cook eggs for breakfast. The coffee pot was dirty. The kitchen faucet was about to come out of the sink. Real Joy sent maintenance the next day to fix the faucet. All the beds in bedroom#2 squeak when you move. Old bedspread in bedroom #2 with a hole in it. The rug in the bathroom for bedroom #2 was dirty. Primary bedroom/bathroom There was hair and sand on the floor Subpar linen and mattress set on the bed. (urine stains on the mattress when we removed the sheet for checkout. They sent housekeeping back the next day to do more cleaning of the condo. The television in the living room did not work. Maintenance came and fixed it the next day after we arrived. Leather couches in the living room are old and worn out. For my inconvenience, Real Joy gave me a $100.00 gift card. I do not think that compensation is fair because we spent a total of $2,892.11 for this unit. I would have spent less money at the Summit and had the same quality of accommodations.

Family vacation

Condo was great for our family of 6. Great location on less crowded/traffic end of PCB. Total number of units in tower and fast elevators made for very short waits which can be an issue at other places. Unit was very well kept and comfortable. We prepared most of our meals and everything we needed. Could use a few more cooking utensils like knives and larger pans but definitely not a big issue.
