Enjoy watching the deer and listening to the birds from the covered back patio. Or if you prefer listening to music there are Sonos speakers situated throughout the house and on the patio for your audible enjoyment.

Enjoy the open floorplan ranch style home nestled on a hill with nearly 2 acres. The Master Suite is located on the opposite side of the house from the other rooms for supreme privacy.
There is also an office with fast and reliable wifi in case you're one of those that likes to work hard while you play hard.
The back yard is a perfect Adventureland for kids with almost a 1/2 mile of private trails. And for the adults there is a propane grill, hammock, and cornhole boards. There is also an outdoor fire pit, but you must first make sure that Comal County does not have a burn ban in effect.
While you're inside enjoying the cold air conditioning, there are big screen TV's in each room in case you need a break from the sun.
We will allow dogs on a case-by-case basis with additional fee of $25 per night/pet. If they are well-behaved dogs that won't be left inside unsupervised and won't be allowed onto the beds/furniture then we are happy to have them. If it is rainy out, then there is a good chance that their paws will get muddy while outside. Please clean their paws before letting them inside, and clean the mess if they make one. We do have a side-yard with a 4 foot fence and they are welcome to stay in there. Please inquire before booking if you have a pet.
