Welcome to The Someday House, your home away from home on the beautiful Tims Ford Lake. Located on a private wooded lot, with a covered front porch, 2 large rear decks, your own private dock, boat slip, this lake house getaway is everything you have ever wanted. A private boardwalk leads the way to the lake. Just minutes from Twin Creeks Marina and Winchester TN, the location is perfect. WiFi, ROKU/TV, board games, kayaks, plentiful parking and privacy.
Large, open living area connects to an eat in kitchen. Kitchen boasts plenty of countertop and cabinet space complete with all brand new kitchen appliances, dish-ware, cookware and silverware. Main floor contains 2 bedrooms. Bedroom 1 is a 'bunk-room' with 2 twin beds. Bedroom 2 is a large bedroom with a queen bed and sofa chair as well as a large closet. These rooms share a full bathroom with a stand up shower. Upstairs is the 'King's' suite. a large bedroom with a king size bed, sofa chair, walk in closet and an in-suite full bathroom. In the basement you find a finished living space with a gaming table for cards, board games etc. + an air hockey table. There is also unfinished space in the garage/basement at the rear of the home that offers ample storage space and overflow.
You will receive a private and unique code upon booking that allows entry to the front door. Ample parking for 6+ vehicles or 4 vehicles and 2 boats/trailers. Home is accessed from a private drive off of Chestnut Court. Also the property has lake access from a private dock.
Bring your own boat or rent one! Home has a private dock with a boat slip. Be sure to bring your fishing poles as well as the cove is packed with bass, bream, crappie and catfish. Winchester and Decherd, the 2 closest towns, offer plenty of shopping, grocery and dining options. We encourage you to shop locally and support the local community.
