This ground floor, ocean-view condo is just a short and convenient walk to Kamaole Beach III and the large community beach park right across the street. The complex itself is filled with tropical landscaping of every variety and is meticulously maintained! Sleeps 4.
Fully remodeled in 2019 with many upgrades: lacquered wood kitchen bar; lacquered wood bathrooms counters with vessel (bowl) sinks; wood kitchen cabinets and marble countertops. The living room is comfortably furnished with a recliner and swinging chairs nicely pairing with the large flat screen TV. The unit has been tastefully decorated and stocked with just about anything you would need to enjoy your holiday! This one bedroom, two full bath unit comfortably sleeps 4 guests and with a second "private" lanai, offers a level of privacy not often seen in comparable condos. The full sized washer and dryer will help keep those beach towels cleaned and ready for your next adventure!
One of our favorite aspects of the condo is its location. The unit is setback, away from the S. Kihei Rd. which results in quiet and peaceful atmosphere, however you're still approximately 25 yards away from the swimming pool. Your very own reserved parking stall is located just steps away from the front door, with communal gas BBQ's nearby.
This property features lush tropical landscaping and beautiful ocean views, two gorgeous pool areas with hot tubs as well as tennis courts. Come and enjoy this luxurious unit that that you will remember for years to come!
Same day bookings and those arriving within 48 hours of making the reservation requires a phone call to Rentals Maui for confirmation.

** Important Notice: The laundry dryer vent in this unit will be serviced on Tuesday, June 25, 2024. Access will be required for about 20 minutes between 8:30 am - 2:00 pm on that day. A Maui Kamaole staff member will accompany dryer vent technicians into the unit. **

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed our stay here. Have stayed in many units in this resort over the years. Love the location, pool area's are awesome, everything is so well taken care of . The unit we stayed in I 114 was very nice could use a bit of updating a table in kitchen area better outside furniture. The lights in kitchen by the frig think have a short as would not turn on all the time, . It was well equipped with beach chairs , etc. overall was great place to stay and would recommend people to stay in Maui Kamaole

Beautiful, Clean & Homey!

We absolutely loved this place. Clean, it had all the amenities we needed. Loved having the washer & dryer. The kitchen was well equipped. Loved the patio off the family room we’d eat dinner every night outside. The location was so nice. We walked to the beach everyday that we could. We snorkeled with turtles at Kamole III, that’s where we watch the sunset. We walked to the shops just down the road. I’d stay here over and over again! It was a great place. Parking was so easy right outside our door. We walked to the upper pool and hot tub every night. The teens loved the hot tub. Everyone working on the premises were friendly. Overall phenomenal!

First return to Maui since 2020 due to Covid changing the world

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our first trip back to Maui since Covid has sent us home early in March of 2020. Maui never disappoints, arrived in mid-October for 2weeks, enjoyed our condo rental at the Maui Kamaole. Great condo, we were in a 1-bedroom in complex I and the condo had everything that we needed to enjoy our stay on Maui. The facilities were great, the pool and BBQ’s very close to condo location. October was a great time to visit Maui, usually come in March but did enjoy the October weather which was very warm and hardly any wind and lots of blue sky. I highly would recommend staying at the Maui Kamaole, great resort, well maintained, and feels like family all around you.
