The home boasts an open floor plan, offering two separated living spaces (one on the main level and the other upstairs) allowing everyone to relax and watch movies on the large-screen TV's (with cable), play board games (included in the home), or just spend time together. Prepare your meals and drinks in the fully- equipped and supplied kitchen complete with all appliances including regular and K-Cup coffee pots and a blender! Enjoy your meals at the 4-seat counter bar, 12-seat indoor dining table or the 8-seat outdoor dining table.

The expansive primary suite is on the main level and includes a king-size bed, extra large closet and full bathroom with dual sinks, walk-in shower, garden tub, and a water closet.

Four additional, large bedrooms are upstairs. Three bedrooms have queen size beds and one bedroom has two twins. There are two full bathrooms upstairs as well as a separate laundry room with HE washer, dryer, laundry baskets, iron and ironing board.

For more flexibility, the home offers two queen-size sofa beds - one in the main floor study and the other in the upstairs loft. The flex room also has a desk that is perfect for working remotely.

When you are taking a break from the beach and pool, relax on the expansive patio which includes excellent Polywood furniture and dining for 8 and comfortable seating for 6. A prime afternoon spot - fully shaded! This property is fully stocked and includes a gas grill, HE washer, dryer, iron, ironing board, hairdryers in each full bathroom, 4 Tommy Bahama beach chairs, and 2 robust beach umbrellas.

Linens will be at the property prior to check in. Linens include sheets for all beds, and bath towels.

Ocean View Beach Clubhouse offers many amazing amenities including a large community pool, fitness room, sauna, and billiards. A beach shuttle runs weekends and holidays Memorial Day through Labor Day (subject to change by the Community)

Amenity passes are $35 per person for the 2023 summer season starting Memorial Day (subject to change by the Community).
