Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The comfort of staying in a condo vs staying in a hotel was great. I enjoyed having a kitchen, made the stay much more comfortable. The one complaint that I had was the smell. I didn’t think anything of it at first because it was very subtle, and it just smelled stuffy. But, as soon as I got my luggage back at the airport it hit me that it smells like cigarettes. Everything that I had in the room smells like cigarettes. I had to wash everything. My suitcases are still in the trunk of my car because I don’t know what to do with them. Even my phone charger and laptop smell... I would suggest new carpet, paint and all new furniture... The room wasn’t dirty by any means, it just seems like people smoked in it for years...

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Nightmare of a stay. Stayed for 3 weeks, awesome kitchen and thats about it. First thing you notice is the smell. That god awful smoke/cigarette smell, had to deal with that smell for a week. Just overwhelming and disgusting smell, i still smell it on my uniform and my bags, last 3 nights I slept in my car because of the smell. Filed a complaint to the desk but no help. Bathroom is moldy, ac is dripping, ac unit hums all night. They all keep you up allll ******* night. And the ******* smell. Terrible terrible worst place i have ever been.

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Have rented other properties from this company before and I have to admit it was a disappointment. Definitely not worth the amount it cost me to stay here. Kept having a nat/fruit fly problem, to the point that some nights I couldn't eat my meal in peace cause they kept wanting to get in the food. The place is old, and it looks and feels that way too. Furniture is a bit outdated and the carpet is full of dark stains (its a cream colored carpet) to the extent that its off-putting. The bathroom is small and the tub/shower area had a lot of mold and peeling off it's caulk. The bed had a very old duvet that kept giving me allergies at night and smelled musky, had to cover it with a white blanket and the decorative cushions had stains on them. The cable had maybe 10 channels you can see and pretty much all local news channels. The hot water in the shower only lasts up 8 minutes (good luck washing long hair). Finally, the walls are very transparent...had several 5 am wake ups do to "honeymooners" having fun. Overall, will never come back to this unit, I prefer to stay in a hotel or better yet an airbnb.

Professionalism, Convenience, Amenities make it just tolerable.
Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Everything explained as far was within the unit was accurate. However, upon arrival I was very shocked to find the unit in the condition it was in. It has a lingering smell of old cigarette smoke and did not know the source of it. I eventually had to get used to it. I then noticed the carpet in high traffic area was in poor condition with large and dark stains. The toilet bowl had a very intense and obvious black ring and around the toilet itself you can notice what was urine around it. The shower curtain had mold and was completely falling apart. The vacuum was completely full of material and even after cleaning it out, it emitted a smell that was awful. I had to call in to have these things replaced but to me, it was unacceptable to even arrive with these issues. I’ve had better experiences of cleanliness at a two star hotel. In a positive light, the door codes worked flawlessly, the new couch there was pretty okay, the oven and refrigerator were in good condition and worked we and I was provided with a decent assortment of kitchen utilities. The Air Conditioner also worked well and the condo seemed decently insulated from outside noise. The washer and drier worked and operated normally as well. To be honest, if cleanliness was prioritized at this condo, I would recommend it as a great budget friendly condo. But, I can not recommend this unit because of the lack of care in very normal and expected cleanliness.

Reviewer Comments: I would stay somewhere else. the unit has a old smoking smell, I couldn't get rid of with countless febreeze bottles. fridge flooded unit first night. management put up a fan, after complaining twice they came and "shampoo". still stunk forever. limited dressers and storage. bed is decent, does have a working kitchen, plenty of kitchen ware also. Tvs are from 1982. also there is a MASSIVE LOUD train behind the property about every hour, all through the night. Dirty bathroom floors and clogged drains when I moved in.

The staff is very friendly and easy to work with, and it was a breath of fresh air to see that the staff was familiar with military personnel who are coming in for a long stay. The condo itself was in need of updating which is the responsibility of the owner. Overlooking that expect, the condo was on the first floor and very comfortable. The complex was very quiet and all the HOA personnel were friendly and helpful. My stay was during the winter months and wouldn't hesitate to spend another winter in the complex...not unit 71 though because of the needed updating. The beach area was close by but across highway 90 which is a very busy.

The place was updated, nicely furnished, with a comfortable bed, and a fully stocked kitchen so I could prepare full meals & save money by not eating out all the time. The pool was just a few steps out the door and always clean & relaxing, along with the fitness center and soda machine that came in handy. There were many options of where to eat, shop, or relax ocean side, as well as go for some nice jogs along the beach! The staff was super friendly and always willing to help. The location was super convenient, and the ease of renting was fantastic and I would do it all over again!! AAA+++

2014 Winter vacation.
Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I feel that Beach Resorts Rentals did not know what they had with this property. We checked in on the 20th of Dec. 2013, the bed was fine. but that was all. Property was very dirty, I used a gallon of bleach to try to clean, still could not get it all done before we left on March 19 2014. The couch was broken down, they worked on it, and brought a new mattress for it two weeks before we left, so we could now have company stay over. There was no chair in the living room or bed room when we got there. Did get chairs. Had to buy our own pots and pans so we could cook without burning. Blinds were broken in front room, they did replace it. Over all, the Management Company did keep working on things, and got it livable, but was not what we were told it to be, and not up to their standards. Would not return to this type of property.
