Welcome to Origin at Seahaven 1603 "Paradise at Seahaven"! This beautiful 3BR/3BA unit sleeps up to 8 people. A spacious master bedroom awaits with a King size bed and a bonus sitting area to relax after a long day at the beach! You will also find another King bed in the first guest room and a Queen size bed in the second guest room. For extra sleeping room, there is a sleeper sofa in the living room. Each bedroom has an attached full bathroom, walk in closets, and balcony access! Take in views of the Gulf and the Bay from this 16th floor unit! The unit has new LVP waterproof flooring, quartz countertops, and new stainless steel appliances in the kitchen. The stocked kitchen is perfect for the all the chefs in your family. Enjoy a meal and family time around the dining room table that seats 6 people. Extra seating is available at the eat-in bar which can seat up to 3 people. Origin Beach Resort is a fantastic location! Right across from Sharkey's, a popular spot for live music, this resort directly across the street from Panama City Beach with near-by public beach access. The resort offers a huge pool, on-site movie theater, fitness center, on-site laundry and private parking garage. Make Origin at Seahaven 1603 "Paradise at Seahaven" your next vacation destination!

Family trip

Overall good place. Great location! A few small things with the room; dishwasher didn’t work properly and a door hinge was broke but overall nice. We had a great time!

Beautiful Location

It was a beautiful stay. The location was straight across from one of the major restaurant locations (SHARKEY's). Literally, a short walk to the beach. The Starbucks downstairs is not like any Starbucks. They sell Ice and other things to make your beach stay and cooler ready. My only complaint was the parking garage. I drove a nice sports car and it got a ding from another car door because the spacing is close. However, the overflow parking was more ideal for me after unloading in the parking garage close to the elevators I would park down there. Overall, really great stay!

Great Choice

I was very happy with this unit., very clean and plenty of space for everyone. We were in town for the jet ski races and this was perfect for our stay. I wish our stay had been longer. Will definitely stay again. Christina W.
