You cannot get into a better location of LA. You are 30 minutes to most of the best attractions. Universal Studios, The beaches, Hollywood and Beverly Hills are all very close. Sherman Oaks offers a comfortable family location in this busy city.
Other things to note
NO PETS – Pets are NOT permitted on the property under any conditions unless agreed upon in advance with an additional deposit of $250 minimum.
Additional Pet fees may apply up to $750/per pet, depending on the size and breed.

UNAUTHORIZED FILMING - if unauthorized filming in the property happens during your stay without our written permission, you will be billed up to $5000/day.

UTILITIES - LADWP/SoCal Gas. For rentals with term 30-day and longer we require a flat non-refundable utilities fee which is determined by the property size and season specific usage and paid upfront. If the extra days booked, the utilities bill portion will be prorated respectively with a reference to a 30-day period.
An unlikely circumstance of utilities over-usage could be a reason for an additional charge.

We also recommend buying a damage protection policy $99 for $5000 worth of coverage. This will protect guest against damages covered in this policy.
