Villa Solemar, spacious, relaxing and very bright, is located on the height of Calella, in a very quiet residential location, overlooking the magnificent beach of El Golfet and close to Cap Roig (festival, botanical garden). Its large sliding bay windows and two terraces all offer impressive views of the sea, of the bay and its lush vegetation, of the hill of Llafranc (a small neighboring fishing village) and its lighthouse.
You will be able to admire the magnificent sunrises and red moons, the lights of the LLafranc hill and its lighthouse, the life of the boats on the water and, in the evening, the ball of the liners. So many different shows and paintings.
It feels so good there that it can be difficult to move.

The indoor garage reserved for private use is not part of the rental.
The villa is equipped with solar panels for self-consumption (washing machines are therefore preferred during the day). The villa is not air-conditioned but there is always air overhead and the nighttime ventilation of the bedrooms (bays and doors open) and the large communicating spaces is effective.
Pool water maintenance is carried out once or twice a week, early in the morning.
Access to the swimming pool for young children is under the full supervision and responsibility of parents. Sliding doors allowing access to the ground floor terrace and swimming pool must remain closed if no adults are using them.
Smoking is of course allowed outside on the terraces.
Catalonia has declared a “state of exception” in the face of an unprecedented drought. Numerous restrictions are imposed, including a limit on overall water consumption set at 230 liters per day and per person. We therefore invite you to consume water responsibly.
