EXTREMELY RARE: 5BR/5BA. One of the only large, upgraded houses that sits only steps across the street from the beach (300 feet).

Sit on one of the 3 HUGE private decks while watching the sunrise on one side of the house and sunset on the other. View the ocean from the 2 front porches. Have fun in Myrtle (15 min away) but stay in the safety/comfort of this family owned neighborhood. Walking distance to the beachfront restaurants and the famous Surfside Pier. One of the only stretches of beach in the area, free of the hustle and bustle of hotels and condos. Be surrounded by families and make memories here.

This house has 10 dedicated beds, along with a couch and blowup mattress. Sleeps 17 comfortably. It can accommodate up to 20 people with blow up mattress and sofa.

Rooms are as follows:

Bedroom 1: Master bedroom with a Queen bed and one twin bed. Porch attached.
Bedroom 2: Bunk Bed (full over full with twin trundle). Sleeps 5
Bedroom 3: Bunk Bed (full over full with twin trundle). Sleeps 5
Bedroom 4: Queen Bed
Bedroom 5: Queen Bed, located downstairs with a porch.

Each bedroom has it's own private bathroom. Plus a powder bathroom!

Includes a pack n play with clean sheets.

A short drive north are all the attractions and shopping of Myrtle Beach, Broadway at the Beach, Coastal Grand Shopping Center, Ripley's Aquarium, and more! Visit Brookgreen Gardens just minutes away in Murrells Inlet to view one of the world's largest collections of sculptures by American artists in a lush outdoor setting, along with a zoo and butterfly garden. A little further south is Pawley's Island, home of famous Rope Hammocks stores, followed by the gorgeous waterfront of Georgetown. No trip here is complete with eating at one of the many many waterfront restaurants at the Murrels Inlet Marshwalk (A quaint picturesque waterfront boardwalk that stretches over half a mile along the waterway and estuary and is lined with lively eateries offering nightly live music). Don't forget Hunington State Park, which is right next door. There, you can catch real live alligators in their natural habitat as you stroll along endless wooden walkways (don't worry; walkways are raised up and have railings to the gators can't get too close to you). Wild Water and Wheels is right down the street and provides the thrills of a full size water park and go carts.

We could go on and on, but just know, you will never run out of things to do in this amazing area!

The person renting Down by the C must be 25 years or older, have a valid credit card, and be present for the entire rental. Unfortunately, we cannot allow pets. No smoking is allowed.

Guest Access:
Guests access the property via a smart lock with a keypad. We will provide an access code, prior to your stay. All space is for guests to use except small locked garage below.

Other Things to Note:
We do provide all clean linens/towels, blankets, beach chairs, kitchen utensils, and more! The only thing we don't provide is beach towels. So feel free to bring your own!

Interaction with Guests:
Enjoy the entire house. It's all yours! We're here for you as much or as little as you want. We will be available by text, email or phone, throughout your stay.
