It is on the same property as The W Hotel and The Westin Hotel. Your stay on Reserva Conchal’s 2400 Acres of land will Include our full time concierge service, access to our Beach Club, Heavenly Spa, an 18 hole championship golf course designed by Robert Trent Jones , wildlife reserve, zip lining, biking and hiking trails, kayaking, paddle-boarding, gym and many restaurant choices in our Beach Club, The W Hotel or Westin Hotel. Maybe you just want to relax on our gorgeous one and a half mile beach which gives our resort its name due to our sand being composed of millions of tiny crushed seashells making it one of the only Pacific coast beaches with white sand and crystal blue waters similar to that of the Caribbean. Here you can go horseback riding, jet skiing, snorkeling , get a massage or simply work on your tan. For those that like to observe wildlife you can take a walk through the home of many species of birds, reptiles, deer, monkeys, sloths, coati and much more. If you care to venture off property you will find much to do along Costa Rica’s “Gold Coast”. Within just a few miles are many beautiful beach towns such as Brasilito, Flamingo, and Tamarindo.

Beachside escape

We enjoyed being by the beach after our adventures in Arenal. It was nice to relax by the pool, go to the beach and we even went out on a catamaran one day for a sunset cruise. The condo was very big and had plenty of room. The master bedroom bed was a little sunken in and soft for my taste, but that may just be my personal opinion. The master bath could also use a little update as the tub takes up a lot of room and could be turned into a nice big shower. The existing shower is pretty small compared to the other ones in the unit. The condo had really nice appliances and all the amenities needed for cooking, but we also enjoyed dining at the beach club and at other local restaurants.

Beautiful unit - Highly Recommend!!

I have stayed on the property previously, but this unit is my new favorite!! It is perfect!! It is absolutely beautiful. We enjoyed the huge patio every morning! The large kitchen was perfect for our large family (5 adults, 2 teens and 1 baby). The property managers were wonderful!! From the grocery shopping that they did for us and stocked the unit, to answering all of my questions. Top-notch customer service!!

Reserve Conchal

Overall it was an excellent stay. Beware the condo is not part of the Westin although it is right next store. Navigating the beach club was challenging but we did get that figured out eventually. More directions would be helpful.

Great stay

We live in CR and head to the beach often. Reserva Conchal is one of the best places in CR and the beach is outstanding. This condo is excellent. Very large, huge deck with tons of seating and bbq for grilling. The property management company is tico and absolutely outstanding. Their responsiveness and availability was perfect. Check in and out easy. And while we didn’t need much help, they can assist with tours, info etc. Can not recommend any higher!!!

The condo is in the development of Reserva called Carao. This development has its own generator, pool and jacuzzi. There is an underground parking spot, guest parking and an elevator. The condo has three bedrooms in a split floor plan all with their own bathrooms and tremendous closets. It has just been updated with new mattresses, pillows, bedding, beds, sofa and dining room table. There is a king bed in the master bedroom, a jacuzzi tub in the bathroom, a safe in the closet, and an entrance to the balcony. There is a king bed in the second bedroom, and the third has two queens also with an entrance to the balcony. There are t.v.’s in all three bedrooms, a new super comfortable oversized sofa in the living room and a beautiful new dining room table and chairs with seating for eight which were made by local craftsmen. You will find custom artwork by local artists throughout the condo. A bbq grill , dining table , couch and lounge chairs on the very large balcony which has roll down shades for privacy and sun protection. In the full kitchen you will find a filtered water system, Keurig coffee maker with pods, dishwasher, microwave, oven refrigerator/freezer with ice maker and absolutely everything you need. There is a washer and dryer in the laundry room, a powder room and a storage closet. In the hallway is a garbage shoot for disposal. It is a ten minute walk to the beach club or you can call for a shuttle to pick you up. The club is a place where guests can relax by our ocean view pool, watch what we are sure you will agree is one of the most beautiful sunsets in the world, enjoy our world class amenities and find our staff ready to accommodate any request. There are two restaurants to choose from with daily drink and food specials or you can enjoy dining at one of the W Hotel different restaurants.
