Love This Beach House!!

We were impressed with this house the minute we walked in the door. It was beautiful, with very comfortable with high quality furnishings, beds and linens. The kitchen was very well stocked and the owners had everything you could want for the beach. The beach is only a 4 minute golf cart ride with abundant parking and restrooms available. Oh, and they bought and delivered a new golf 6 seat cart while we were there! Loved the sunrises on the huge front porch and sunsets at the pool overlooking the state forest with views. The owners were very responsive to all inquiries and had many helpful tips. We would highly recommend this home and we would definitely stay there again when visiting 30A!

A perfect beach getaway

Lovely home that our family kept saying “this house is so cute”. Easy to get to and from the beach, wonderful location, communicative owners, and just a wonderful week! Would recommend and would come back every day of the week!

Great place, great time!

Everything was as advertised and Jamie did a great job of getting us checked in and making sure our stay was enjoyable…. Location was great… close to the beach, restaurants and to the pool and hot tub when needed. Would definitely go back if we’re heading to the north gulf coast again. Great stay. Thanks!

Lovely stay in beautiful neighborhood!

This home was so cozy and beautiful with plenty of space for our teens and us. We loved the workout room and amazing pool/hottub in the neighborhood and were able to easily drive to several beaches for the day. Really cool neighborhood and house, would stay again and the hosts are wonderful.
