Seated directly on the gulf, with a large private balcony overlooking the shimmering emerald waters and sugar sands, it will be a breeze to make life long memories when you choose Shoalwater 605 for your home away from home!
As you enter this unit, you will automatically feel at home with the calming beach decor. The living area offers a comfy sofa along with a pull out full bed for extra guests. The well equipped kitchen offers all that you need to make delicious meals on your relaxing vacation. Love coffee? Drip-style coffee maker and Keurig provided. The master bedroom offers a king bed and an attached bathroom with a walk-in shower. The first guest bedroom offers a queen bed and the second guest bedroom has a twin over twin bunk bed and a single twin bed. The guest bathroom is shared by the guest bedroom guests and has a tub/shower combo.
Enjoy the beautiful gulf waters as you sit out on the balcony. When you want to venture downstairs, there is a nice outdoor pool and kiddie pool available. Also, an indoor pool for those cooler days. There are charcoal grills available for guests to use as well.

You are just minutes from every activity the island has to offer whether it's sport fishing on the Gulf, reading a book on the beach, parasailing, hiking the Backcountry Trails, glass blowing and pottery throwing at the waterfront Coastal Arts Center, shopping at the Tanger Outlet Mall and just a few miles away from the OWA Amusement Park and Entertainment Complex.

* RENTAL AGREEMENT: Rental Agreement must be signed to receive Check-In Information.
* AGE RESTRICTION: Policy strictly enforced 25 years or older with renter 25 years old staying in unit. No refunds for anyone trying to rent that is not at least 25 years old.
* PARKING: MAXIMUM of 2 vehicles per unit/per reservation, no exceptions - STRICTLY ENFORCED. One (1) parking pass is included with your reservation at the time of booking. If you need a second parking pass, you must notify us at least 24 hours prior to arrival so that we can charge you for it and provide it to you at check-in. The cost is approximately $25 per vehicle and valid for the duration of your stay. The parking pass is inside the property in the kitchen counter. You must complete (no blank lines) and display the parking pass on your driver's side front dash in plain sight during your stay. *PRICE IS SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT PRIOR NOTICE. U-hauls, trailers, boats, jet skis, buses, etc. are not allowed on property.
* WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING: While all Sands of Alabama rental units are set up for normal housekeeping, the properties will NOT have cleaning products or toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags and soaps intended to last for the duration of your stay. Each rental property is furnished with a STARTER SET of paper products for your first night. This set includes one roll of paper towels, a small bottle of liquid dish soap, one powder dishwashing packet, one can liner per trash can, one travel size hand soap and body soap per bathroom and one roll of bathroom tissue in each bathroom. Please bring extras.
