Escape to a Beach Haven
If you're ready to escape to an awesome Outer Banks Beach Haven, this home is for you! Whether you're planning a big event* like a wedding or graduation party or just planning your annual family vacation, Beach Haven was newly constructed in 2019 and offers plenty of space for the whole family. Located just one-tenth of a mile away from the nearest public beach access, you will enjoy ocean views and a short 3-minute walk to the beach.

To make loading and unloading easy, enjoy a carport and access to an elevator that takes you to each level of the house. Your family will love splashing around in the 16'x16' square concrete pool or taking a dip in the hot tub that is contained in a huge fenced-in yard area. Inside, a huge recreation room features a pool-table and small kitchenette with full-sized refrigerator. A Queen Master Suite w/ Full Bathroom offers views of the pool and back yard. Completing the level is a full-size hall bathroom and a sitting room with has a sofa bed.

A covered porch on the main floor is the main entrance to the home. Four spacious master bedrooms (2 Queens, 1 King and 1 Pyramid Bunk) make up the main level each featuring comfortable beds, plenty of closet space for storage and full-sized bathrooms. A laundry room is conveniently located in the hallway. Enjoy your favorite book outside on the covered back deck for days when it's just a little too hot to sit in the sun.

The large, open great room features cozy furniture, large windows to let in plenty of bright light, a wall-mounted Flat Screen for enjoying your favorite movie and fun decorations to ensure a totally relaxing environment for your family. Enjoy whipping up something delicious in the fully-stocked kitchen with new stainless-steel appliances and eating around the kitchen island or dining room table. A King Master Suite enjoys an attached full-size bathroom. Outside, a west-facing deck and an east-facing deck are available making it easy to enjoy gorgeous skies no matter the time of day.

Beach Haven is located near dozens of local restaurants that serve up fresh seafood meals using locally-sourced ingredients. For a tasty burger, try Art's Place. Sandtrap Tavern is right across the bypass and offers breakfast, lunch and dinner. Just a short drive down the road, enjoy fresh fish tacos at Bad Bean Baja Grill. For the athletes, The Gym is a full-service gym offering daily and weekly passes and fun fitness classes. T.W.'s Bait & Tackle is just minutes down the road and offers everything you need for a full day of surf fishing. Thanks to the convenient Kitty Hawk location, you can simply head North to Corolla or head south to Nags Head making it easy to explore the rest of the Outer Banks. At the end of the day, you'll love coming home to Beach Haven for a little rest and relaxation!

Bring Your Own Stuff

While the place was very nice, you could see it has been used ALOT with little upkeep after the fact. Only two of the pool cues were usable and no chalk could be found throughout the house. The “starter pack” only included two rolls of the worst toilet paper humanly possibly, one roll of paper towels and one pod for dishwasher. Keep in mind there are 5-6 bathrooms in the house and they give you two rolls and none were left from previous renters and no little bars of hand soap to wash hands not dishwashing liquid. No beach towels, no towels for floor outside of shower/tubs. We had only 4-6 hangers in each closet at most. There were some boogie boards outside of the house just laying on the ground when we arrived, which we had to secure because of the tropical storm. Ceiling fans and ventilation wall coverings were covered with dirt/dust and carpeting was very worn. It probably was an immaculate home at one time but owners are not taking care of it after renters use. Location to the beach was ideal, parking sufficient and the top floor bed was comfortable, just wish they put a little more into the property. Pool was nice, hot tub usable but the cover is flaking badly and lots of it are in the water. Overall it did want we needed but was expecting more I guess.

Constructive criticism

Overall house was good and it had plenty of room. We loved the covered decks, pool, closeness to beach. Poorest quality tp we have ever seen, and very stingy packet to start. Knives dull, 4 wire whisks but only one spatula! Chest of drawers in bunk room not attached to wall and it fell over nearly crushing a 3 year old. Unsafe! We are used to a little better amenities. Not wild about staying in place that is just by developers, not someone’s second home.
