Island Wind East 205 Sits in the Most Desired Location in Gulf Shores. This 1-bedroom home is perched on the Second floor of this Low-Density Complex, meaning no long waits on the elevator, possible to use the stairs, and no crowded pools! Newly Updated, this fantastic home boasts spectacular views of the Gulf of Mexico and sits next door to Gulf Place Beach Access where the National Shrimp Festival, The Annual Hangout Festival, NCAA Beach Volleyball Championships, and many other exciting events are held. You can just sit on the balcony and enjoy watching the festivals and listen to the music without fighting the crowds. Or head right out the door and you can walk to the festivals and to the most popular restaurants on the beach! No car needed! All brand-new upgrades in this home (Spring 2021) include gorgeous and comfy new furnishings, brand-new Stainless-Steel Appliances, Granite Countertops, and a beautiful tile backsplash! The Primary Bedroom provides a plush King Size bed, and the Living Room hosts a sleeper sofa for the kiddos! The owner has provided some books, and board games for extra entertainment! The Complex has a wonderful, shared swimming pool (heated in the cooler months), a fun and exciting kiddie pool, and an awesome grilling area with picnic tables overlooking the Gulf! Come On Down!
Beach Chairs & Umbrellas: Sometimes guests leave behind chairs and toys they have purchased. If they are clean and in good condition, we will leave them for the next guests. Or, these items are fairly inexpensive and can be purchased at most stores. Also, there are vendors that set up very nice beach chairs and umbrellas for daily or weekly rent. Just find an empty one or the attendant.
All Bed Linens and Bath Towels are provided. A full list of what is provided and suggestions to bring will be emailed to you upon booking.

Great Sunsets and Sunrises

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I enjoyed the beauty of the GULF and the creation our GOD allows us to bask in.This unit's furniture did not suit me - too big and high - very uncomfortable for a shorter person.

Great condo

We loved the view from the balcony. The condo was well equipped with everything we needed. The only negative I have is the condo is on the 2nd floor next to elevators, so the noises from people grilling and getting on elevators is very very loud.
