The living room is open and spacious, accentuated by the high vaulted ceilings and floor to ceiling windows. Situated only a stones’ throw from the lake, transcend with your natural surroundings through picturesque views of the forest and water from the living room.  Or step outside onto the expansive wrap around deck and breathe in the fresh mountain air as you take in the tranquil views of Big Bear Lake. 

Adding to the incredible list of amenities, a rustic stone fireplace stretches to the ceiling and an expansive live edge bar is yearning for mixology prowess to impress family and friends.  A well-appointed kitchen with granite countertops is ideal for cooking and entertaining large groups.

The master bedroom situated on the main floor features vaulted ceilings, a cozy fireplace, private access to the deck, and has an adjoining bathroom with a jacuzzi tub and walk-in shower. The second bedroom on the main floor offers a queen size bed and opens to the outdoor spa.  Upstairs, overlook the living room activity or just relax and read a book from the loft featuring a pull-out queen-size bed.  The bear den bedroom on the upper floor is appointed with two queen-size log beds

Note: This property allows 2 small/medium dogs or1 large dog. Additional pets, or failure to clean up after them, will result in a loss of deposit.

Do not exceed the occupancy limit
Do not exceed the stated occupancy at any time during your stay. The maximum number of adult  occupants may be less than the total maximum occupancy. NO PARTIES ALLOWED.

No parking in street or yard
Parking is only permitted in the driveway and designated parking spaces. This includes trailers. The maximum number of vehicles permitted is on the exterior sign.

No amplified music 24/7
Amplified music is not permitted to be heard beyond the property line 24/7. Close your windows to avoid music carrying beyond the property line.  

Head inside at 10:00 p.m.
Noisy outdoor activities and spa use are prohibited from 10:00 p.m. – 7:00 a.m.

FOR PET FRIENDLY HOMES ONLY, Take your furry friend with you
Take your dog with you so they do not disturb surrounding neighbors. You will find that Big Bear Lake is very dog-friendly! Please be sure to verify prior to booking that the property does accept pets.

Take trash to dumpster locations
Trash needs to be taken to a local dumpsite. Clean Bear locations:
41790 Garstin Drive & 39690 Big Bear Blvd.

Fines
The minimum fine for violating the rules stated previously is $500 per violation. A second offense is $1000 per violation.  

Eviction
Unruly guests who blatantly disregard the rules and expectations will be evicted without a refund. In  addition, costly citations may be issued to the undersigned. Important: Dear Traveler, you will be charged with USD 200 in case you include a Pet in your reservation as a Refundable Damage Deposit for Pets.
