Also, it is across a neighborhood street from Laurel Creek and the new Laurel Creek Park, so you can enjoy the sound of the old gristmill waterfall while you relax on the front porch or walk over to say hello to the ducks! On Saturday mornings, there is a Farmer's Market in the park where you will find local produce, meats, eggs, baked goods, craft items, and more.
The house is spacious and renovated with updates including stainless steel appliances and a large, tiled ensuite with two glass sinks, a roomy shower, and a sliding barn door. It includes a full kitchen, dining room, living room, board game room, three bedrooms, two full baths, and one half bath. All bedrooms have a queen-size bed, and there is a roll-a-way bed that can sleep one person.
