Overall we were pleased with the property. Check in at the gate could have been easier and when you arrived back at the gate you had to wait on other people to check in. Wished it had a different gate for the parties that had already checked in. Property was very clean and perfect as described. The only complaints are the air couldn’t be turned down below 74 degrees and the beds could have been more comfortable. We had a great stay and would consider staying again.

Great House and Location
We were two family groups of 4 each and had plenty of room for all. The pool and patio were where we spent most of our time when we were home. The location was very convenient to all the Disney World attractions and Universal Studios. The neighborhood is lovely, easy to access and quiet.

Lovely villa
I spent a week in this villa and loved every second of it , the location makes it easy to visit all the local attractions . The owner was super helpful with any questions and responded quickly

Beautiful lake views
Excellent service from Finest Florida Villas, Paul was incredibly helpful when we needed to extend our stay. The villa was very clean and comfortable. The view is amazing with lots of wildlife to watch. Location is great for parks and WalMart is only a few minutes away.

Awesome vacation
My family and I really enjoyed our stay. Everything was great. The location of the home was really nice with the lake view. It was an easy access to go fishing. The home was very clean and spacious. This was our 5th time staying in Lake Berkley. We love it there. Thanks for everything!
