- You must be 33 years of age to book this home
- A signed rental agreement is required to book this home
- NO bachelor parties, weddings, or other events are allowed
- Occupancy is limited to 16 people, exceeding maximum occupancy without prior approval will result in additional charges of $250/person/day
- No loud noise after 9pm. Violation could result in removal without refund.
- A valid credit card is required for all incidentals
- Cancellation of a reservation will result in a loss of all rents paid
- Reservations are non-refundable   
 - After you book, you will send us your personal email address so we can send you our rental agreement.

We will collect a credit card and ID to place on file. In order for us to verify your identity, we must collect a CC. You are agreeing to submit ALL of this information to us after you book. Also, the agreement must be signed within 24 hours of booking.

Beautiful property & great location

7 couples shared this beautiful home that is very well located to everything we wanted to do. Amazing backyard area with so much space and toys to keep everyone happy. The pool and hot tub are perfect. We had some trouble with the hot tub heat but that was addressed. The kitchen is large and well-stocked with everything that was needed and the living area is very spacious. The outside bathroom is not covered so I'm not sure I would count it as a true 4th bathroom.

scottsdale home

i rented this house for my family. excellent location and everything was great. 7 bedrooms and only 3 bathrooms was the only thing i wish was different. maybe some more lush blankets or comforters on the beds for the winter months . beautiful home and pool and hot tub and sauna were awesome. the gym could use new equipment , but we loved having the space !

Great time in Scottsdale

Had a really great time at this property. The pool and hot tub were great, as were the grilling area and outside fireplace/TVs. The beds were all tempurpedic and very comfortable. There were plenty of towels and extra linens. The listing represented the house very well. Would definitely stay here again!

Perfect family oasis

True luxury rental. It was the perfect home for a family with children. The soccer area and basketball were used the entire time. The fruit trees and garden were magical! Super clean, modern and spacious. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you would need to cook. Highly recommend this rental. It exceeded our expectations.

Spring Getaway

This was a beautiful property! The house was surrounded by lush vegetation. There were so many fruit trees that made staying here an even more unforgettable experience. We will definitly be renting again!
