Early check-in or late check-out is not permitted without expressed permission.
Access and Key Information:
The lockbox is located on the railing by the front door.
The access code to the lockbox will be provided on the day of check-in for the safety of guests and property cleaners.
Parking is only allowed in the driveway and under the house. Do not park on the street or grass.
Start-Up Supplies Provided:
For your convenience, some basic unit amenities are supplied for late arrivals when you can't stop for supplies:
Provided items: soap, a roll of toilet paper per bathroom, 2 kitchen garbage bags, and a roll of paper towels.
Please note that once you've used these items, you're responsible for replacing them for the remainder of your stay.
Coffee lovers: There's a coffee pot, but guests must provide their own filters and coffee. There's also a Starbucks Verismo that only accepts Starbucks pods and a Keurig.
Pool and Tennis Court Pass:
The pool and tennis court pass is attached to a blue keychain and can be found inside the door.
Please make sure to leave BOTH the key (in the lockbox) and the keychain inside for the next guest.
Note that the Homeowners Association (HOA) checks the passes.
Pool hours are subject to change without notice.
Wi-Fi and Entertainment:
The Wi-Fi information is stored in this listing's profile and can be accessed once you are a confirmed guest.
It is also listed inside the house. Smart TVs are logged into Hulu Live, ESPN+, and Disney+ for your use, and you are welcome to log into your Netflix and other accounts.
Departure Instructions:
-Load and run the dishwasher. Do not leave dirty dishes in the kitchen.
-Leave used beds unmade, and do not strip linens.
-Remove all trash from the unit, including bathrooms. There's a trash can under the house.
-Please message the host to notify them of your check-out.
Age Requirement: Guests must be at least 25 years old to book this property, and they must be a guest staying at the property during the rental period.
Smoking: Smoking is not allowed in the property, including the balcony. Evidence of smoking will result in the loss of the security deposit and additional cleaning costs.
Security Deposit: If the home is damaged or violation issued, the renter may be charged up to the full security and/or insurance amount. A $500 security deposit "HOLD" is required, collected separately by the property owner before check-in. It will be released within 48 hours if there was no damage/violation.
Pet Policy: Dogs are allowed with PRIOR written permission before booking. There's a fee of $75 per dog per stay, to be paid before check-in. Approval is at the discretion of the owners and HOA.
Quiet Hours: Quiet hours are between 10:00 PM and 9:00 AM. Please respect the neighbors.
Rental Agreement: A rental agreement will be sent upon booking, and failure to sign and return it within 48 hours of booking will result in the cancellation of your reservation.
Date Changes: Changes in dates are not allowed within 30 days of the scheduled check-in. Cancelation policy with control.
Grilling: Grilling must be on sand or grass. Grilling under the house or on the patio is prohibited.
Trash: Put the trash bin by the street on trash days (details inside the house). Once emptied, store the bin under the house to prevent it from blowing away.
A/C and Windows/Doors: Do not leave windows/doors open while the air conditioner is on, as it may cause smoke alarms to go off and the A/C to freeze up.
Sand Management: Rinse sand from feet, clothes, towels, and beach items before entering the house. Excess sand in indoor pipes can cause backups.
Towel Etiquette: Do not hang towels or clothing items from the balcony railing.
Wet Clothing: Do not sit or lay on furniture or beds with wet clothing, as chlorine and salt may bleach fabrics.
Grinder Pump: The house utilizes a grinder pump. If the light under the house flashes, notify the host immediately. Only flush toilet paper down the toilet; other paper products may cause backups and result in plumbing service calls.
Security and Privacy Note:
A ring doorbell has been installed at the front door and is active, recording audio and video at all times. Tampering with the doorbell will result in immediate removal from the property.
