A large island has bar seating and a deep sink facing the living area that looks at the bay. New flooring and new furnishings make this condo a place you want to stay! Off to the side, you will find the dining table where you can enjoy an evening meal. The cozy living space has plenty of seating and a large flat-screen television that's perfect for relaxing after a long day in the sun. But, that's not all. Off the living room, you will find 16-foot glass doors that open up completely— merging the indoor and outdoor spaces for an authentic tropical oasis experience. The patio is thoroughly screened in and overlooks the bay where you are sure to catch the beautiful sunsets. The three spacious bedrooms offer plenty of flexible sleeping space for the whole family. One Particular Harbor offers an award-winning waterfront resort living on Florida's last private island. This lovely rental is an ideal place to spend your vacation, as it is equipped with many stunning amenities.

Resort Amenities for short-term stays (less than one month) include covered parking, free WiFi, private resort-style heated pool and cabana area, children's tot lot area, a splash zone, and BBQ grilling area with picnic tables. A deep water marina with wet and dry storage is now open to enjoy a relaxing stroll and a beautiful place to watch the sunsets. In addition, a Florida fish-house-style restaurant, Floridays, is now available and only a short walk away.

Long-Term Amenities: Guests who stay for 30 days or longer can enjoy additional amenities of Harbour Isle. These include the waterfront Beach Club with private pools, hot tub and beach, fully equipped fitness center, sky bar and restaurant, yoga lawn, and kayak launch. Two other private pools and hot tubs are also included. In addition, there is an exercise trail for morning jogs or leisurely sunset strolls along the quiet waters of a large lagoon and lush landscaping throughout the community.

Cancellation Policy - SeaBreeze Vacation has spent a great deal of time and effort into formulating a cancellation policy for you. SeaBreeze Vacation has the most flexible cancellation policy on the Island. You are allowed to cancel your reservation up to 14 days prior to check-in to receive a refund. Additional terms and conditions apply.
