As you enter into this lovely home upstairs you are greeted with an open floor plan including the kitchen, dining and living. The fully stocked kitchen has plenty of room for more than one chef. The dining table has ample seating for all of your guests to dine after a day by the pool. Enjoy additional seating at the breakfast bar. Lounge in the living area and watch your favorite shows on huge 80" flat screen Smart TV with Sony surround sound. For additional sleeping arrangements the living area offers three queen size sleeper sofas.
You will find down the hall way guest bedroom 1st has master queen bedroom with private bathroom, down the hall you have guest bedroom 2nd is a queen bedroom with large flat screen TV. Down the hall is a guest bathroom with tub and shower combo, and 3rd guest bedroom that is the bunk room with 2 bunks.
The 4th bedroom is the master bedroom located on the second floor. The master features a plush king size bed with a large 50" flat screen Smart TV. The master bathroom offers a full size bathroom with a walk in shower. The sleeping arrangements are perfect for a group of adults, fishermen, or families.
The Palm House has a private sitting area off the living room with outdoor seating and outdoor dining to enjoy the warm breezes. Enjoy the private pool after a hot day at the beach. The home comes with a BBQ grill, and plenty of parking for four vehicles.

Great location

The rental was in a great location and we really loved the layout of the place. There were a few hiccups regarding the golf cart rental and working tv remotes, also non working ice maker but management was always quick to respond and the place should be great and ready for the next family! We love Port Aransas!

Good Location Many Issues

Check in was easy and the included golf cart was the best part of the stay. The pool was also a very nice bonus. The a/c didn’t work properly and there were dead roaches in most every room upon arrival. The first call and text to the property manager went unanswered. The subsequent texts were answered and management worked quickly to get fans and window units the following day and called for the repair man to come. The a/c worked better but not as expected. None of the doors locked easily and some not at all without some work to get them to line up and lock. Also, the only TV to work correctly was the main TV in the living room. The other TVs either would not turn on or had remotes that would not work. Management brought over some batteries but that didn’t fix the issue. Also, there were layers of dust, mostly on higher surfaces but nonetheless visible and made us think the rest of the house was not cleaned properly. We made the best of the stay but we were surprised by these issues and would likely not book here again.

Good Location

We were close to town and able to golf cart to shops and beach easily, however, the parking break didn't work and was not replaced or repaired after notification. The house was nice with updated decor, just not as big as it looks in the pictures. The AC wasn't working great so some guys came out really quickly and put in a window unit in the dining area. Kitchen had ample supplies and bunk and game room was great for the kids.

Big house with lots of room and private pool

This house is very big and well stocked with everything you need. Great location and the included golf cart made traveling around town and the beach a breeze. We did have some mechanical problems with the golf cart but maintenence came out and resolved. A few things I would mention to anyone looking to stay at this property is the water pressure in the master bath was very low, but I dont think this is such a foreign thing with rental properties and motels, we just used the downstairs showers instead. And the other thing that bothered us was the fact that there is no bathroom on the very bottom floor (game room / pool area), so if you are swimming in the pool and need the bathroom you have to get out, dry off, and go upstairs to main floor of house. We love visiting Port Aransas now for 4 summers, kids love it and we always enjoy our visits there.
