ABOUT THE OWNERS: Frank and Becky Thompson and son Josh live just 30 minutes away. They are experienced "owners" and have hosted guests at four other VRBO properties (5 stars!) in nearby Cypress and Tomball for several years. KATY HEIGHTS FEATURES:
Three bedrooms – Brand new, comfortable mattresses are on each bed. Soft quality bed linens and towels provide all the comforts of home away from home. We have a king bed in the master, twin beds in bedroom 2, and a day bed with a trundle bed in bedroom 3. There is also room for an inflatable in the spacious living area.
Living area - Comfortable seating plus a big flat screen smart TV with cable.
Working from home - 48" wide desk in bedroom in what was originally the formal dining area. Kitchen table also has two leaves available for extra surface area. Excellent WiFi.
Kitchen – Fully-stocked with all the necessary dishes, utensils and appliances you would need to prepare meals for your family no matter how long your stay. Appliances include a refrigerator, and new dishwasher, oven, stove, and microwave. Table seating is for 6. Two extra leaves are available.
Full Bathroom - Newly renovated with combination tub/shower. Opens to hallway for easy access to secondary bathrooms.
Half Bathroom - Also newly renovated, the half bath serves the master bedroom and allows passage from the master bedroom to the full bath .
Television & Internet Access – This property provides basic cable and excellent Wi-Fi. The television in the living room is a smart TV. The master bedroom also has a flat screen TV.
Parking – We have off-street parking available for two cars. Additional cars may park on the extra-wide street.
