Your exclusive retreat is nestled in a gated community where the views are stunning and the accommodations first class. H2O is a spacious, 3,500+ square foot, eco-friendly home with an amazing open living concept. The floor-to-ceiling windows provide an unobstructed view while three spacious outdoor decks are perfect for sun-worshipping, hanging out, or having a nice dinner. All the amenities are there for you in this newly-refurbished home, from new appliances like an induction stove to two comfy bedrooms with air conditioning. H2O is perfect for that quiet getaway but every bit as ready for entertaining, an easy day at Water Island's Honeymoon Beach or a shopping spree in St. Thomas. You won't want to miss this one-of-a-kind vacation retreat. After you book your stay, our on site property manager can answer any additional questions you may have. The PM and team can help you with provisions before your arrival, just request it after booking and we will reach out.

We were lucky enough to find H2O when we were planning our stay in Water Island. Waking up to that view every morning never gets old. Most days sunny, but even on the two cloudy mornings the view is breathtaking. The house could not be better equipped, everything I looked for was there. There isn't one kitchen tool or appliance that was lacking. Millie is hands down the best host. She was always available to answer any questions, even on her birthday! Such a lovely lady. Honeymoon beach is beautiful, fun, mostly not crowded with the exception of the cruise ship excursion boats, but thankfully those guests only stay for about an hour. Fun to people watch. There's nothing to do, and so much to do! The island residents are so friendly and we enjoyed meeting so many. Heidi's Hilltop not only serves the best food, there's bingo on Saturdays! But our favorite thing about our stay at H2O is definitely Barbara, our vacation cat. She won us over and is the sweetest girl. Miss her already! We will be back next year, god willing! H20 Water Island

This house is one of the greatest experiences we have ever had. The photos do it no justice. It is so much larger and more beautiful than they show. During the day it is a breezy paradise. The indoor atrium and the breeze that run through the house instantly gives you a great Caribbean feel. Bright and so well laid out open floor plan. The kitchen is huge and very well equipped. The entire house has so many amenities that aren’t even listed. Millie is the best host you can hope for. Her southern charm and welcoming attitude makes you feel instantly welcomed and like you are an instant part of the island. At night the house completely changes into a part of the scenery. Any one of the many decks at night or just staring out the giant windows that overlook Hassel island and St. Thomas offer amazing views. The gentle heartbeat of St. Thomas breezes over the ocean and is just an unexplainable feeling. The house is great for a single couple or multiple couples. H2O is so private feeling. What a great overall experience.

This is my 2nd time staying at this property. The views are great and love having access to the private beach. Millie was super and responded quickly to all inquiries.

Quiet and peaceful with a special bonus: a cat that came to visit!

The property is unique with a beautiful indoor landscape! The house was clean, the kitchen well equipped and an amazing view. Millie responded to any questions we had and is absolutely delightful. It is very quiet and peaceful on the island and we got around in a golf cart. There is a darling cat that came to visit everyday.

I have lived on Water Island for 9 years. I have managed this house through 2 owners, so I know everything about this home. I have even lived in it for 2 years during Covid. This house is unlike any other. The view from the living room is unmatched. The atrium is open air(with a screen) and when it rains, it rains inside the house into the atrium and the music the rain makes on the palm trees will put you to sleep. We have everything you need. Please reach out to us if you want to take a boat trip, go fishing, or need provisions before you arrive. At an additional cost, we can take care of that for you as well. I love this house and I am sure you will love a quiet getaway here at H2O.

Quiet, gated community on small Water Island located in the USVI. Population around 150. 1 little grocery store for everyday items. 2 restaurants for dining. Honeymoon Beach is wonderful. Spratt Bay beach is a private beach that you will. have access too as well.
