Come stay JOMO in unit 1 at the Tri Terrace! Recently updated and furnished, the Tri Terrace property includes a large dock and a yard, making it perfect for a family get away. There is free parking available. Nestled in a rare location between Coffman Beach boat access and Camp Sabra on over 100 feet of no-wake shoreline. This is a perfect location for water sports such as tubing, skiing, wakeboarding, kayaking, paddleboarding, etc. Also, ideal for dock activities like fishing, swimming, or laying out on the maui mat. The west facing lake frontage will also provide the most beautiful sunsets, especially when set behind a shorefront fire pit blaze with a s’more in hand.
Shared outdoor space includes deck, dock, yard, fire pit and gas grill. WiFi, parking and laundry room included.
You and your guests will have access to the Tri Terrace property and amenities with parking included. Unit 1 has a private lakefront entrance and deck to dine or enjoy the beautiful sunsets. On the inside, the Tri Terrace has a fully equipped kitchen (with coffee station), bathroom, 2 Bedrooms, and living room. Each of the 2 bedrooms has a queen bed and the living room has a sofa sleeper. WiFi is included and Smart TV is located in the living room with complimentary Samsung channels, Netflix, Hulu, Disney+, ESPN+ and Discovery+. It comes fully furnished with toiletries and linens, including life jackets and beach towels for lake use, so you can leave your towels and linens at home! While visiting, try your hand at our property’s signature game - “Shut the Box.”
Heading outdoors are lots of shared entertainment areas to relax and enjoy your stay with sights and sounds of the lake surrounding you. For those that love to cook outside, there is a weber gas grill. Outdoor tables and seating are available to enjoy outdoor dining. You can also partake in other outdoor recreation activities available. The whole family can compete in a game of corn hole. At night you can wind down and enjoy the sunset by the wood fire pit that overlooks the lake. And of course, spend lots of time on our large dock! Dock slips are 1- 23’x9’ rectangle, 2- 26’x9’6” v shape front, 3- 26’6”x9’4” v shape front. Kayaks and paddleboards are available for use as well.
Laundry room is available with a washer and dryer.
Waterfront dining options such as Jolly Rogers, and Lake Burger, are close by or you can take a short drive to the Lake House Cafe just down the road. The JOMO Tri Terrace is just a 20 minute drive to the Bagnell Dam strip with plenty of dining and shopping. The outlet mall is just a 30 minute drive away in Osage Beach.

It's common for homes in the Ozarks to have steep driveways and ours is no exception. There is also gravel road (with a steep hill) leading to our property. NO street parking available.
Note outdoor security cameras are on the property: 1-front on a pole viewing outdoor parking, 2-on the dock viewing lakeside, 3-in boat house garage, 4-on back tree with view of dock, 5-on front light viewing parking/street; these are in place simply for security of our property.
