The space
This retreat has full sun all times of the day, so it truly is a backyard paradise. Soak up the sun in the chaise loungers or on the 2 couches that convert to a sun bed. The large, jetted spa will help you relax and unwind while soaking with friends and family. The pool and spa lights, heat and water features can be easily controlled by the iPad provided for maximum enjoyment. Do not feel like making a splash? No worries because we have made sure to provide you with all types of amenities. While poolside try-out our 4-hole thirty-foot undulated putting green that provides fun for every skill level. If you are warming up for your full round of golf or just having a little competition among family members, you will not be disappointed. Nestled along the side is a fun turfed area that allows for ultimate entertainment. Pick up the paddles for a little 2V2 on the ping pong table or go straight for the bean bags if that is your jam. Once you have had enough gaming you can relax in the shade under the full covered patio. Here you can watch your favorite sports team from the sectional outdoor couch or take in a meal form the outdoor dining table. Along the wall is a large scrabble board just in case your up for another challenge. After all your activities you might want to start thinking about reenergizing with some delicious food grilled outside and grab a cooled drink form the Tommy Bahama cooler. After observing the beautiful sun set over the mountain from the back yard it might be time to gather round the firepit. Relax on the couches that convert to a bed or relax in the nearby spa while talking about your favorite memories. Do not forget to turn on the pool and spa lights for your light show of beautiful colors of your choice. There is also exterior lighting that is strategically placed so that you may enjoy the yard day or night. The putting green is softly lit so that you can play golf 24 hours a day!!!
Let move indoors to check out this completely remodeled home where everything is brand new. Open the front door and enter the open living room complete with a sectional couch for maximum comfort and gathering. Turn on the 55-inch Roku TV equipped with fast WIFI. The focal point of the room is the beautiful geometric tile fireplace that flips on easily for those cozy nights. Board games and cards are located in the pantry for extra fun. Head on over the kitchen to whip up your favorite meal. We have stocked the kitchen with loads of galley items that you would need to make a quick snack or a complete family dinner. Serve your meals on our 6-seat quartz breakfast bar or our more formal 8-person dining table. Just off the kitchen is a small desk area if you need to return emails or work on your laptop for a few hours. Just down the hallway and to the left is your executive bedroom complete with a King size bed and another 55-inch Roku TV. Just off the bedroom is the executive bath featuring a dual bowl vanity sink and separate toilet room with comfort height toilet. Enjoy the large walk-in shower that features a large seat, 1 handheld shower hose, 1 rain head and one shower head. Use the sliding glass door to step out for a relaxing evening under the stars or to master that putt. Down another hallway at the end, you will find a large bedroom with 2 queen beds and a 55-inch Roku TV. This bedroom also has a direct door to the hall bathroom which features 2 vanity sinks, a comfort height toilet, and a generous size shower with modern design. Rounding out the last bedroom is our Llama room featuring 2 twin beds with 2 twin trundles that easily slide out. All bedrooms feature USB plugs to charge up your phones, ceiling fans for extra coolness, and luxury linens to make your stay outstanding. Rounding out the home is a 2-car garage and a 2-car drive. Additional parking available if needed.

Our neighborhood is a blend of 1 and 2 story homes. It is a family neighborhood with rentals sprinkled throughout. We have remodeled our home from top to bottom inside and out for maximum enjoyment. We have all the amenities you would expect in a high end luxury hotels plus additional fun and whimsy inside and out. Our wifi is extremely fast and our cable tv is easy to use and understand. Additional parking is available if needed.

Pool and Spa heat is available October - April for an extra charge of $100/a day** Pool heat to 86 degrees and Spa heat to 103. Please be advised Pool and Spa heat must be paid in full 48 hours before check in as it takes time for the pool to heat to 86 degrees. Please note: The pool and spa cannot be heated at the same time. *Effective for booking dates after 1/25/2023

Maximum occupancy is 10 total guests per city of Indio. No more than 10 guests are allowed on property at any time.
